The upper floor features an open great room design with huge windows overlooking a cozy living room, dining room, and kitchen. Warm up in front of the fireplace while watching TV, or make memories with a board game or puzzle. The dining room leads out to a huge super private wraparound deck, where you can relax with friends and family, surrounded by trees.

Down the hall is a half-bath, and then the large master bedroom, which features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, large bathroom with a double shower and huge soaking jetted tub, and a private balcony.

The lower floor features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom is has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a twin (floor) pull-out trundle bed. This room also has a big TV with a retro video game system.

Also found on the lower floor is a full bathroom, a sauna, a separate half-bath shower room for the sauna (perfect for going from a hot sauna to a cold shower!), the laundry room, and doors leading out to the garage on the lower deck.

The lower deck features a brand-new party-sized hot tub, while the garage contains bikes and helmets for zipping around the bike trails. On the outside of the garage is a level 2 EV charger, perfect for charging your EV or PHEV to stay green on the go.

The house itself is on a large private corner lot, backing up to an acre of green space — plenty of room to play in the yard. It is a 5 minute walk to the Cardinal Landing bridge, where you can play in or along the river, or explore the hiking, biking, and skiing trails in the forest. When there's snow on the ground, you can even ski out from the house and get to the trails on the other side of the bridge. And of course, it’s adjacent to the Sunriver biking path system, allowing you to bike to SHARC, the village, the nature center, parks, and more.

This home is not ideal for people with mobility issues. It is a split-level home with lots of stairs. You will have to climb or descend stairs to access the lower floor, the upper floor, and the house itself.

Also, the house is not baby-proofed, so if you have zoomy little ones, you will need to keep an eye on them due to stairs and other things.

Winter note: If you are visiting during the winter, Sunriver can get a little snow, or a LOT of snow. We recommend bringing snow chains and an AWD or 4x4 vehicle that can handle the snow.

No smoking or pets allowed (owner has a serious dog allergy).

The property is not associated with and does not provide any special access to the Sunriver Resort or its amenities, although some of the amenities of the Sunriver Resort are available to the public. Note that Sunriver golf courses and the Cove pool are NOT available to the public or our guests.
