Step into this stunning, open floor-plan loft nestled on the most vibrant street in downtown Los Angeles. Tucked away in a historic building, this rustic yet refined space invites you to unwind and savor the charm of the past blended seamlessly with minimal yet modern comforts.
With original 100-year-old mahogany window frames and birch floors, every corner of this loft tells a story, while updated appliances and stylish fixtures ensure your stay is as luxurious as it is memorable.
Amazing 1,080 sqft with 2 (full) bathrooms in the vibrant historic core of downtown Los Angeles. This boutique historic building recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation. The building is 100% secure and has also been a film set for multiple TV/Film productions over the past decade.
Unwind with a glass of wine from the boutique wine shop downstairs as you soak in one of the two luxurious, stone bathtubs.

- 2 full bathrooms, both with large built-in stone tubs
- The convertible couch doubles as extra sleeping space, perfect for accommodating guests.
AMENITIES:
- Plenty of street level parking in this part of downtown
- Outdoor amenities: Jacuzzi and cold plunge, 2 large grills, 2 table-top fire pits, and private dining area surrounded by sensational tropical gardens
- Rooftop access which has the best view of the downtown skyline available.
- Enjoy the building's workplace/lounge tucked away on the second floor. This large space is perfect for movie watching with a large screen TV, fast Wifi, and also serves as a perfect meeting & hosting area.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The "Old Bank District" is the most culture-rich part of downtown LA - and it's growing in awesomeness every day. The ground floor of the Rowan contains a number of shops (including the trendy Buzz Beer & Wine). Across the street is the famous "Last Bookstore" and all along Spring and Main Streets are wonderful cafes, restaurants, and nightlife activities. Also, there's a farmer's market on our corner every Sunday morning and we are 1 block away from the metro station.
