Perfect for our extended family vacation. Kids loved the pool, video games, bowling, etc... Quiet neighborhood a short drive from all of the Clearwater/Tampa attractions. Excellent communication from the host - seamless check-in/check-out. Well equipped kitchen/dining room.

Very nice location for a family. My kids enjoyed the pool and backyard. The location was central for us with access to Busch Gardens and Clearwater Beach, easy access to Lido Key / Anna Maria. No material issues, but those matters which came up were knocked out very quickly. Also - arguably the best mattresses I have had in a rental property on VRBO. Those things were great!

Great place to stay with family and friends

We were 4 families and we had amazing time at this property. We enjoyed playing pool and kids loved playing arcade games. Plenty of options for restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Drive to beach is not too long but be prepared for the traffic.

We stayed with 5 adults and 2 children and this home had plenty of space. There was plenty to entertain everyone both inside and outside. The pool was perfect for us. They have thought of everything and include so many amenities. You could easily cook a full family dinner in the kitchen and dine indoor or outdoors. This was a great spot for easy access to the beaches, the airport, the stadiums, and so close to Publix and Walmart if you need anything.

The house was hot the majority of the week until a technician finally got out there the day before we left to fix it. No grass in the backyard a lot of trash. Bees nest in three locations around the pool. I think the house was overpriced.

Perfect family get away

I selected this property due to my family's composition, and it delivered! The property offered everything for all ages! Oh, let me mention that even with 10 people, we always had PLENTY of hot water!! We were only 7.5 miles away from the beach and not far at all away from a Walmart. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The hosts were super nice and communicated great. No regrets here.

Awesome Host and even more Awesome trip. Spent 4th of July in the pool and i could see big fireworks all around. never had to leave pool. Location, Location, Location right in the middle of everything we had going on. 16U softball tournament for 3 days. i got to house a little early and they let us in. (about 30 minutes early) When you look at the house from the front it looks like and ordinary house but once you go in WOW! the master bedroom was REAL nice. Brand new washer and dryer. My grandkids loved the bunk bed room. We had a big group and all of them enjoyed the house, i asked everyone to rank 1-10 and each one said 10. My grandkids were sorry we had to leave. Kitchen was big, never saw a microwave that big. (microwave seemed very new) couches so comfortable each adult fell asleep on it during the stay. i would NOT hesitate to stay in that house on my next trip to Clearwater Florida. Thank You!

The house is located in a very residential area. Entering the house was a breeze and very colorful. 5 bedrooms of varying sizes, some smaller than others. It was great for family time. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. We were a bit disappointed by the appearance of the outside area vs what was depicted in the pictures.
