Arrêtez de chercher! vous venez de trouver l'hébergement idéal pour vos vacances. Vous allez adorer cette unité. L'Enclave comprend des plafonds de 9 pieds et des moulures couronnées. Plus de 1800 pieds carrés, pont compris.

La suite principale du golfe avant a un lit king-size, TV écran plat 39 pouces. La salle de bain principale comprend une double vasque, un dressing, un placard à linge, une baignoire jacuzzi, une douche séparée. La deuxième suite a un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat de 39 pouces et une grande salle de bain avec placard, baignoire / douche. La troisième suite a un lit Queen, salle de bain attenante avec douche et écran plat 32 poucesTV. Le salon comprend une télévision connectée à écran plat de 65 pouces avec lecteur DVD complet et système audio Bose. La cuisine complète avec tous les gros appareils ménagers, l'argenterie et la vaisselle. Barre humide, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité, fer et planche et aspirateur. Apportez votre ordinateur portable, Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit.

Des grillades en plein air pour les nuits où vous voulez simplement rester et vous détendre.

L'Enclave se trouve juste en face de l'épicerie Winn Dixie, des magasins et des restaurants. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour faire l'épicerie, manger et s'amuser!

L'Enclave ne compte que 69 unités. Propriété privée. Pas d'attente pour l'ascenseur.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was also in the perfect location for us. Walmart was right across the street, the beach was easy to get to, great restaurants right across the street and a couple of ice cream locations within walking distance. The host of this condo was always prompt to answer questions. We also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall this was a wonderful vacation experience. Highly recommend.

Sorry about parking, but Associate hired an outside company to handle parking and it just went into effect in March, so getting all the bugs out and it working smoothly has took awhile. Very clean and well equipped condo that had grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping across the street. Most of the condo appeared newly renovated; the bathrooms were incredible. If we return to Orange Beach this will be our first choice.

We had such a great weekend…was too short though. This condo was well decorated and clean. We were close to everything…groceries, souvenirs, restaurants and ice cream. Beach staff was professional and helpful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will book again…hopefully sooner rather than later.

A little worn but nice

We had 8 with us and really only beds for 7. Has a cot with air mattress but grandson didn’t like it so had to sleep on couch. A little short for his 6’2” height. Ice maker at bar had dirt and sand in it but we were able to clean it and use ice from fridge instead. Nice view of gulf.

Terrible parking availability

The Enclave parking lot is absolutely terrible You are allowed 2 parking tags BUT NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT … THEY DO NOT HAVE SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR 2 PASSES PER UNIT WE HAD TO PAY TO PARK ACOSS THE HIGHWAY… until someone leaves the condo .. the security guard that gives you the tag recommends you don’t leave the property once you arrive… otherwise condo was very nice

The condo was very clean and just as pictured online. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was nice and we used it quite a bit with our grandkids. One major problem: NO PARKING! It's advertised as two parking spots per condo. That is an outright lie. There are 70 condo spaces and 70 parking spots. They give everyone two passes, so it's a scramble everyday to try to park if you go anywhere. We had to pay to park at another location, spending 200 to have our car a block away from us.That was stressful with two very young children to take everywhere.

The unit was great but we had an issue with the clothes dryer. The owner did her very best to have it repaired. We had no trouble parking but in busier times I see that it would be hard. When we left today people were parked on the curbside. Overflow parking needs to be added at no charge to renters

The Enclave is wonderful! Beach is fantastic - best of all, you can leave your chairs and tent on the beach overnight. Room #1003 was decorated wonderfully; was clean and well-maintained; had a few supplies to get you started before running to the store and we had a lot of space. Great views of the beach and lots of wildlife. The owner and rental company responded quickly to all emails and telephone calls. The location is central to grocery stores; the Orange Beach Marina; restaurants and tourist entertainment. Only 4 miles from the Florida line. I would definitely rent this unit again. NO COMPLAINTS HERE!

Nice condo, but very modest amenities

We had 5 adults staying at the condo. Very nice location and beach was beautiful. Wonderful views from the balcony. One of the beds needs a new mattress as it was sagging in the middle. The master suite needs new sheets as the fitted one would not stay on the mattress. Very few extras, which are not required but always appreciated, including kitchen towels ( only had 2), no towels for beach or pool. Parking was a big concern as it is not guaranteed and we were there for The Sands in My Boots concert and it was very busy. I reached out to the property manager about this but received no reply. We ended up not using our vehicle and ubering or walking everywhere because of this.

We love the fact that it only had 69 units. That means no crowed elevators. No crowed pools. We fell in love with this unit after looking at several properties in Orange Beach. Large Balcony over looking the Beach.

No crowed elevators or pools. We love the location. You can just walk across the street for groceries and shopping. Short distance to some of the best fine dining Restaurants.
