An absolutely amazing experience! The condo was warm, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The golf cart was a huge bonus as it was fun to use during our stay. Communication with the owner was outstanding and informative. I highly recommend this property!

Great vacation spot

The condo was well stocked and the golf cart made it easy to get everywhere on property, including the beach! We enjoyed using all 3 pools, and the included washer/dryer helped greatly with keeping everything dry!

Plan to be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rising Joy condo. It was in a great location and very clean. Very quiet area but still close to everything. Having the golf cart was the greatest perk while staying and we used it multiple times a day. It worked great the whole time with no problems. The owner Greg was the best host we have ever had when staying in a VRBO. He was super helpful and had a very quick response to all my many questions. We plan to be back again. Thank you for a great trip!!!

Wonderful host, location and experience

We have stayed in the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort many times, but Greg is by far the most hospitable and responsive host we have ever experienced. If you want a clean, well-stocked, beautiful location, golf cart and relaxing experience, then this is the condo for you!

Great for small families!

Greg’s place was excellent for our small family of three. From the beginning he was very communicative and we felt that he genuinely cared about us having a great stay. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.The place was spotless, and the bedroom was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. The golf cart was an added bonus! Beach access was easy and not overly crowded. We also enjoyed the new heated pool at the resort. If you’re looking for a vacation near the beach and enjoy the 30A area, this is your spot! Much more affordable and less crowded. We would love to return and stay at Greg’s place again in the future!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful trip! Perfect for our family weekend getaway! Very convenient to beach and Baytowne wharf!! Golf cart made it very easy to get around. Greg was the best host and very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Comfy Condo with Beautiful Bay View

We loved the comfort of this condo - felt like home instantly. The sunrise view is breathtaking & location is especially convenient to the Links Golf Course & the Fitness Center. With the condo's golf cart, the abundant Sandestin amenities are easily accessible to enjoy. The kitchen was very well-stocked to cook in. The condo owner was super accessible and always very kind & professional. We will look forward to returning in the future.

Sandestin Gem

This condo was comfortable, well appointed within an amazing resort complex! Amenities beyond our expectations, loved using the golf cart to access beach, pool, restaurants and shopping! Greg, the host was easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful. If your vacay goal is to chill and read on the deck, you may want to keep looking as this deck is quite small and shaded.

Wonderful Condo!

Wonderful location and host

Clean & Comfy!

This property was fantastic! The bed was extremely comfortable which is huge for us! Very clean property and nice location. Quick trip to beach, wharf, grand boulevard, etc. by golf cart! Greg is an amazing host and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Stay

We had the perfect stay at Gregg’s Harbor Pointe place. The condo was so nice, location was perfect and it was equipped with everything we needed to be at home away from home. Obviously, the golf cart was a huge plus. Greg answered questions very promptly and helped us with whatever we needed and even offered suggestions. Leading up to this day, Greg made it possible for an E bike to be delivered in my name to his place so that I could enjoy it on vacation. We really appreciate Greg going above and beyond for us this year as I am coming off of surgery. We watched fireworks on Tuesday night and storms roll in each evening from the balcony. We experienced all types of wildlife in the bay from a manatee to a stingray to even catching a speckled trout, redfish and trapping enough crabs to have a crab boil on the last night. We even experienced a pod of dolphins coming in and slapping their tails on the water to catch fish right by the dock. It was amazing! We have 9 and 11 year old boys and it was just the perfect week of adventure and relaxation. We are grateful for the time that we had at this place!

Wonderful Host

Greg was a wonderful host and was so easy to work with! The condo was nice, the location was great! We absolutely love Sandestin! We had some issues with the golf cart, which Greg resolved quickly and it worked great the rest of the trip!

For Those Who Want the Beach and More

The condo was exactly as advertised and the location is ideal for active couples or small families that may want to do more than enjoy the beautiful beach (although that's just an easy golf cart ride away). Our family enjoyed the bay and golf course views, Baytown Wharf, fishing at the resort, tooling around in the golf cart, and swimming at the pools. The beach is soft, white sand, clear water.

Amazing value within sandestin

The host Greg started the Wonderful experience before the stay even started. He is very much in communication every step of the way which makes everything from check-in to check out a breeze. Great vacation value; fresh & clean with focused Covid protocol; comfy, casual decor & furnishings; first floor convenience; beautiful views. So much to do right on the resort with easy access to Sandestin Beach, the Marina, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Blvd., all via the golf cart. Seriously, you may not leave the property once you arrive.
