I know there has been a lot of rain - but I think the outdoor area could have been more attended to… I swept the patio. It’s such a great back space that could elevate this listing with a bit more attention.

The Glenn is a great property, well located 10 min north of South Haven and 10 min south of Sagatuk. Very pet friendly with a fenced in yard, dog bowls, toys treats and bed! The house is Very clean!!It’s nicely done, newly renovated mid century modern in furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, bedding, robes and towels.Beaches are nearby, 7 min car ride. Phil and his assistant are very responsive. We will return, love this area and will add this house to our list of favorites.

Our favorite part of hosting is helping guests experience these areas like locals while staying in homes that feel thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.

Glenn offers a quieter, more authentic Southwest Michigan experience while still being close to the energy of Saugatuck, Douglas, and South Haven. We loved the wooded setting, slower pace, and easy access to beaches, wineries, local restaurants, and outdoor activities that make this part of Michigan so special.

It feels welcoming, relaxing, and genuinely connected to the area.
