The pictures of the property are grossly flattering for what you get at this property. It’s obvious that several DIY projects make up this house with areas that were not safe for my kids. In addition, the house smelled old and it looked like someone casually swept around the house without consideration to details. Lastly, the yard was not maintained making it the eye sore of the neighborhood. I have never written a review that is negative, however, I do not recommend this property to anyone prior to the owner making some significant home improvements (by a professional).

Perfect stay in Lakeway!

We had a great time staying here in Lakeway! The house was perfect for us. It is beautiful and clean and has plenty of space to relax and chat with eachother. The adults enjoyed that the deck and game room were away from the bedrooms so we could play games without disrupting the kids’ sleep. The kids LOVED the game room and the nice yard to run around in. It is very close to a beautiful park with a couple playgrounds and running trails. Charlotte was very accommodating and communicative. We have family close by and would stay here again when visiting!

Charlotte's dad was in the Army Medical Corps when she was growing up, which instilled her with a love of travel and exploring the country. Texas holds a special place in her heart, as her mom's side of the family is all over the state!

Charlotte finds that hosting groups allows her to combine her love of random projects, power tools, and creating special memories for families and friends!

Living in Austin I always loved the Lakeway area for it's slower pace and trails. I would often come out to the Hamilton Greenbelt or Lakeway City park with my dog to enjoy the area. Now that we're here, we love the animals that come by (deer, foxes, & squirrels are all regular visitors to the property.) and getting to spend time outside.

The large backyard is amazing for groups. The house is also able to accommodate gatherings in many different locations (game room, backyard, game room, dining room). It makes it perfect for large families or friend groups to get together and spend quality time catching up!
