Nice place.

We had a blast at David’s house. Very spacious and had everything we need. David was very easy to reach and very helpful. Would stay again.

We stayed for a week in August with the whole family. The host was extremely quick to communicate even reaching out several times to make sure all was going well. Cabin was large enough to accommodate all 9 of us without us feeling like we were on top of each other. We had a daily visit from a mamma bear and her two cubs. Enjoyed the fire pit with plenty of chairs for us all. The kids had a lot of entertainment options for when the adults needed some relax time. Property is very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed for making dinners at home. Only con was the one upstairs bedroom only had a tub but the theater room has a full shower and our grandson loved that he had two rooms that were “his”. We recommend this property.

The cabin was good; however, the first night my granddaughters slept in a bed with bedbugs. Both had hundreds of bites and the oldest wasn’t able to do any of the planned activities for the week, Anakeesta and Dollywood. A positive was that the owners were able to move us to a larger cabin with an indoor pool immediately upon hearing about the bedbugs. Hopefully, they will be able to get rid of them fast, although they can be a problem to remove according to my research.
