This work-from-home-friendly lake house offers direct access to Candlewood Lake, with breathtaking views from every front-facing room, as well as from the spacious deck and porch.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
✔ The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has two queen-sized beds, while bedrooms two and three both have their own king-sized beds. Bedroom two also has a full-sized washer, dryer, and a crib.

KITCHEN
✔ A fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentials—coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, and plenty of utensils.

OUTDOOR SPACE
✔ Saltwater pool (typically open Memorial Day–Labor Day; please inquire to confirm dates)

✔ Outdoor seating tables and chairs

LAKE ACCESS
✔ You will have access to your own private dock with 2 paddleboards, 2 boat slips, and lakefront access to the water.
✔ Please note the dock on the lake is seasonal and may vary based on weather and spring timing. Please reach out to confirm availability for your stay.

✔ Weather Policy: Be sure to check the weather forecast before your stay. We do not issue refunds for weather-related disruptions, as they are beyond our control.
✔ Pool: Open between Memorial Day to Labor Day or End of September. Please inquire for confirmation.
✔ Check-In & Check-Out Extensions: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $25 per additional hour and must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.
✔ Pets: All pets under 60 pounds are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.
✔ We are available for both Short-Term and Long-Term Stays.

**GUEST GUIDELINES**
✔ Check-in after 4 PM; checkout by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
✔ To book this property, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. They must also be present during the stay, and only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
✔ In-home parcel deliveries accepted with prior approval. Guests are responsible for all personal items and unattended deliveries; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
✔ No parties, events, or unapproved visitors are allowed. A violation of this rule will result in a $1,500 fee.
✔ Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $500 violation fee will apply, along with any additional cleaning costs if required.
✔ Pets allowed only with written approval.
✔ Guests are liable for any damage or missing items.
✔ Use outdoor amenities at your own risk.
✔ No commercial use or subletting without approval.
✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers.
✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, appliances, electronics, or amenities (e.g., hot tub, board games, etc.). Any damages, especially those caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions, will result in additional charges. Guests/Tenants are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of each damaged item, plus a 10% service fee applied to the invoice.
✔ The use of any items, food, or beverages that could clog, contaminate, or impact the cleanliness and proper operation of the pool or hot tubs (e.g., balloons, unauthorized toys, or trash) is strictly prohibited, if applies. A violation fee of $500 will be assessed.
✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival.
✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate.
✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies.
✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather.
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund.
✔ In alignment with the Department of Environmental Conservation’s efforts to prevent pollution and wildfires, any fire created outside of a designated fire pit by guests or tenants is strictly prohibited and subject to a $5,000 fine.
