Beautiful, clean and relaxing stay

This home is an excellent option if you are looking for a relaxing, open concept, clean, modern stay in Rapid City. We stayed with 3 kids and 2 adults and everyone loved it very much. The space accommodated us well and the location was great. Highly recommend staying at this location.

Great property! Very nice and clean stocked with all your needs. Loved all the wildlife in the yard in the mornings and afternoons: deer, turkeys, peacocks, rabbits. Would definitely stay again.

Great place - super relaxing

The house had a secluded feel but was a quick drive to downtown. With two teens, we loved having the room to spread out, especially with the multiple outdoor spaces. No complaints - highly recommend!

Unfortunately the listing description says “entire house” which isn’t the case. We were surprised that another renter shared the home including having access to the front porch just outside the master bedroom necessitating locked doors and closed blinds. There is a shared interior door to the other rental as well located just off/in the master bedroom which didn’t have a way to lock the door from “our side”. Uncomfortable. We would not have rented this listing knowing it was shared and not the “entire home” as outlined in the description. The listing description needs to be updated to reflect the reality of the situation so renters can make an informed decision. The home needs TLC - trash was left in the kitchen, porches dirty, grill covers soaking wet in a corner, garage dirty, closets full, etc, etc. It didn’t feel like the unit was ready for the next guest.Don’t like leaving unfavorable reviews, however, felt it was important for both the owner and future renters to be aware of the reality of the situation.

Brittni’s house is a great place to stay and exactly as advertised. The house was very clean, fresh clean smell, updated appliances, plenty of towels/sheets/pillows, tv in all rooms. Brittni was very responsive and easy to contact. Her house is perfectly situated in a quiet location with a 35 minute to 2 hour drive to a plethora of national sites (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Badlands, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, Devils Tower, Minuetman Missile Monument). The home wildlife is fantastic. There is a nice paved walkway to a beautiful lake - it’s a wonderful walk.

Great stay in South Dakota! Convenient location to both Rapid City and all the nearby activities in the Black Hills. The neighborhood peacock and flock of turkeys were fun to watch each evening! Such a beautiful, clean, and all around perfect condo for our stay for the four of us! It’s exactly as described/pictured and we loved the location. Central to all we wanted to do and visit yet really nice to come back each day to relax and not feel like we’re in the heart of all the tourists towns. The rental is very nice and is as described on the website. Brittni was very responsive to our questions. Really enjoyed our stay in her house. We had to buy bags of ice because the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working. She was going to have it checked out. We didn’t realize there was another unit above us and it was being used. But, we never heard the person staying there. A really nice place and it worked for us to visit the Badlands, Black Hills and Custer. Not far from downtown or grocery stores. Over all very satisfied.
