4-plex apartment "C" (first floor, king bedroom, post hurricane restored, fully renovated interior-to the block walls is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf ocean and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Inter-coastal, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the top BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across the Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large stainless gas grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your living area apartment window...

Great space for a couple and right in the middle of everything! You can walk to dinner and walk to the beach! The Bed was so comfortable and the hammock was relaxing! The beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were super helpful!

Great location right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants & shops. The property was clean and updated, and it had the most comfortable bed! Mike, the host, was helpful and quick to respond if we had questions. We were very happy with our stay!

Great little place, was clean, cute, and very convenient to beach and all restaurants! So nice to have a beach carrier with chairs and umbrella too!Mike was a very good communicator and responded quickly. Even though villa is on a main intersection, the inside is nice and quiet. Will come back here for sure!

Great location!

Right across the street from the beach. Even though on a busy street, it was quiet. Great restaurants and even shopping up the street. Everything was walkable. Would go there again.

Condo was clean and in a great location. Building still had some damage from hurricane with severely damaged properties next door. No washer and dryer in condo and not enough towels

Great location, easy stay

This suite is an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Manatee Beach. The apartment is small, but perfectly appointed and the owner stayed in touch to make sure the check in went well and we had everything we needed. It was a great value for the price and we appreciated the owner's diligence in making sure we had everything we needed.

Great getaway

Great little getaway spot close to everything - beach, shops, multiple restaurants, etc. Our little bungalow had everything you could possibly need - full kitchen, bathroom amenities, beach supplies (cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels), and extra blankets, towels, and sheets. Loved our trip and loved our stay here. We will definitely be back!

Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Park, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your apartment. Addition day time public parking is on the east side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or day visitors.

What makes this property unique

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended).
Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver / Salty Living Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know prior to your arrival what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
