Renting our vacation home has been an enjoyable experience. We have built new relationships with our guests and enjoy sharing this wonderful home. We have been a part of the Smoky Mountains community for over 25 years. When we first visited we could not believe the beauty of this great land and the friendliness of the people here. We fell in love and decided that we wanted to be a part of this area for the rest of our lives.
Why Irma chose Sevierville
We loved the location of our cabin in Eagle Springs Resort. It has a great view of a mountain range on one side and beautiful lush trees and pines on the other. The area is very peaceful and serene. You can hear the birds singing and see the butterflies dancing around on the flowers.
What makes this Cabin unique
Honey Bear has a great location close to Hwy. 66, I-40, Dolly Parton Parkway & Winfield Dunn Parkway. Just 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 20-25 minutes to Gatlinburg. There is a Kroger and Food City close by as well as many restaurants and a movie theater just minutes away. There is a Super Wal-Mart located in Pigeon Forge. The Sevierville Event Center , Wilderness in the Smokies Water Park and the gold club is just 7 minutes away.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
