First, the host mishandled our reservation and when we arrived, maintenance was working on the place the cabin was still dirty from the previous guest. After finally hearing back from the โ€˜hostโ€™ (just a property management company, who just blamed it on housekeeping) we were able to get in 5 hours after check in!! We drove over 6 hours with 3 kids ( 1 with epilepsy!) and they couldnโ€™t care less. We had to go pay for dinner rather than cook a nice meal in the kitchen, as planned. After a long night of epileptic fits cause our daughter couldnโ€™t relax as needed and had to wait an extra 5 hours, we discovered that mice had gotten into our groceries and droppings around the cabin. At least the bot they use to communicate with you is nice.

We had the best time. It was very cozy and the perfect spot for our family to hang out during our downtime while in the mountains.

The cabin was great for a girls weekend. Kitchen was well supplied. Bedding was great. Love having the washer/dryer too. Location is perfect for many destinations. Will recommend to others!

The place is very lovely. It looks even better in person. The cabin was clean and organized and had plenty of necessities. Great location. The host responded within reasonable time and very helpful. Kids had plenty to do and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Would recommend and would love to visit again.

Perfect cabin for our family of 6! The 3 bedrooms and several options for beds was great. The cabin was very clean and offered a lot of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and made that easier for eating in. The hosts very responsive and kind. Will definitely stay here again.

On the day of check in, 7 hours into our drive from PA, we received a message stating that the owners needed to cancel our rental due to a โ€œmaintenance issueโ€ and offered us 3 other properties to choose from. 2 of them only slept 4 people, and they knew we had 7 guests. The only option that would have slept our group had horrible reviews involving bug infestations. After going back and forth with the owners for two hours, suddenly the โ€œmaintenance issueโ€ that was so severe that they had to cancel our stay two hours before check in, was suddenly resolved and we were able to stay. The stress that this caused our family was unbelievable. When we finally got to the cabin, there were broken pathway lights laying on the walkway outside. The firepit that we were excited to sit around and enjoy was on the porch wrapped in tarps and bungee cords. The inside was mostly clean, but after all of the stress with the owners trying to cancel on us, it was difficult to enjoy our stay.

Great location, comfortable accommodations, good amenities. Host was great! Responded quickly to questions. We only stayed one night so we didnโ€™t use the kitchen amenities, jetted tub, tv, or fireplace. The blackout curtains were great! The only issue we had was the extremely loud heat pump outside the window! Unfortunately it interfered with my ability to sleep as it was too chilly to turn it off completely. Not sure what can be done to fix that issue. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, playing games at the table and spending time in the area.

The cabin was so cozy and well-appointed! It had everything my family of six needed. There were plenty of blankets and towels, and everything was nice and clean when we arrived. I was able to easily cook a pretty elaborate breakfast with the cookware provided in the kitchen. Communication with our hosts was a delight. They made check-in and check-out so easy and responded promptly and appropriately when we had to report a small issue. There were heavy thunderstorms during the night, and the roof began to leak in the upstairs bedroom. Our hosts responded within minutes when I contacted them and started coordinating the best way to fix the problem without disrupting our stay. Other than the roof leak (which may have been caused by previous storm damage) everything was in excellent condition and seemed very well-maintained. Our hosts' response gave me confidence that they are proactive about maintaining the cabin and addressing any issues promptly.

The cabin was overall nice but definitely needed some TLC. There was an exposed outlet in the hallway that I was terrified my toddler would be interested in. Only the TV in the living room was functional. The others seemed to be not connecting to internet or had bad batteries in all the remotes. But the kitchen was well stocked on cooking supplies and we had plenty of towels and toiletries. We did run into an issue with the door locks which could have been a nightmare. We came back from dinner to the keypad not working at all on the front door. So I messaged the host and they provided a code for the master lock key. However, when we were able to access the master lock box it had two sets of key rings with about 8 total keys and none matched the front door. While I was trying to settle our two young, tired children, my husband was able to check the keys on the back door and luckily one of them worked. We got super lucky that the chain was not on that door. I messaged the host and they said someone would be out to look in about 45 minutes but no one ever showed up. We were scheduled to leave the next day.
