Beautiful Barbados

We loved our daily pool dips and taking in the sunset on the rooftop. You are minutes away for all amenities and our favourite farms market Holtons.Brian and Kimberly are excellent hosts that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

It would be nice to be greeted or at least have the ability to call someone to answer our questions. We used WhatsApp and texted - did get a response but slow, I tried calling, but no answer. WiFi didn’t work, air upstairs didn’t work in one room, didn’t use pool door code, couldn’t get it to work, and tv was difficult to figure out and there were no instructions, and no help from the manager. He just didn’t answer.

A diamond close to the beach

The house is amazing, overlooked the coast, there is lots of room and the pool is just a bonus. The host is quick to respond when needed. A car is a must but to see the island it’s a given. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year. Would highly recommend!!

Enjoyable stay

It was in a quiet location, had a nice decking area and there was shade available at the property if required. A 7 minute drive to Holetown where there was a great choice of restaurants. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and we would consider returning.

Lovely Villa

This is our second stay at Fairway Crossings, it’s very spacious and comfortable, it’s also very peaceful and has a great view from the balcony! Love the pool area, loungers etc.. Yes you need a car but then we love to explore the island and it’s in a good location for doing that…

Wonderful stay

Just had 2 weeks at the Fairways, a very spacious and comfortable villa in a quiet spot behind Sandy Lane Golf Club. A short scenic drive into Holetown and the beautiful west coast beaches. Nathalie the Villa manager was on hand to help with questions or problems. The patio and pool area was larger than expected. Would definitely stay again. Mr & Mrs Vine

A very spacious amd well appointed villa close to Sandy Lane. The cons are that there is no where to walk (dodgy neighbours), barking dogs and speeding cars blasting loud music.

Spacious villa on the West coast

A very roomy 2 bedroom villa and a nice little pool. Pretty quiet and a nice outlook. Some quibbles over cleaning schedule. Property manager said fortnightly but instructions said weekly.

Winter Break

Amazing outside space with lovely pool and furniture. Well appointed inside with plenty of towels, bedding and crockery. Kitchen units a bit tired but everything you would need for a stay is there.Bathrooms each have a shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, master also has a bath.Main level bathroom a definite plus.One thing to note - there are a number of steps to gain access to the property, could be a negative for elders or babies.Location is ok being fairly close to Holetown but in our opinion a car is necessary.Mark, the property manager is excellent, had a small issue while we were there and he sorted it within an hour.Owners are very attentive.

Great Vacation Spot

Tucked away on the edge of Arch Hall/Bennets, St. Thomas, this location is not your typical beach property but is a quiet, peaceful place where we spent the last two and a half months. The neighborhood is a typical bajan village setting but surrounded by the splendor of Sandy Lane and within an easy drive to the bright lights of Holetown and Limegrove Center. The pool is a big plus, kept sparkling pool by the young man who came weekly.We are an older couple well over our 70’s but had no problems with the stairs which added to the fact that the place is well secured. Our neighbors were friendly but not at all intrusive. We felt safe there and slept peacefully.The owners were very attentive, even calling from overseas to check on our welfare and willing to drop by with whatever kitchen item we identified as missing or needed when they were in Barbados.The owner’s agent went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and was very responsive to any call we made for any minor issue.Special mention also for Olivia, our housekeeper whose weekly visits to clean were not only productive in that she kept the unit in pristine condition, but enjoyable.We would recommend a car as the hill up from Holetown can look daunting in the heat of the day, or we would recommend our favorite taxi driver who was our driver for any night event we attended.

This is our second stay at this condo. Our hosts, house manager and housekeeper are all wonderfully responsive. We enjoyed the amenities with the quiet evenings and nights and the closeness to what we liked in Holetown and Warrens. A car is a necessity with lots to see and do in this side of the island.

Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Wochen auf Barbados. Das Haus liegt zentral,alle Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte u Restaurants sind mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Die Bilder bei Fe Wo entsprechen nicht mehr dem heutigen Zustand. Die Küche u Bäder sind sehr abgenutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war okay.

Private and Peaceful

This was a good property for privacy and the pool was a big plus. Location on the West Coast is a plus but you do need a car to get to the amenities. The kitchen was well appointed, unlike most of the other rentals we have been to, and we cook a fair bit. Some minor tlc items but nothing that had a big impact.

Great Place

We loved staying at Fairway, spacious and comfortable, lovely pool area, great location nice and quiet with a short scenic drive to Holetown and the west coast also close to Highway to access other parts of the island Would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

We have have over a hundred different guests over the years and never once heard of an issue with safety but can understand if you are not used to living in areas that are off the beach. Séjour à la Barbade

Ce fut un séjour très agréable dans une propriété bien située sur l’île. Nous avons pu en profiter pour bien visiter la Barbade durant les trois semaines de notre séjour. Maison correcte, belle terrasse et piscine. Suffisamment de serviettes mais nombre restreint de couverts et de poêles et chaudrons. Petite frayeur à l’arrivée de notre séjour, la gestionnaire n’était pas à la résidence comme prévu. Après communication et l’aide du voisin, nous avons pu la rejoindre. Elle s’est présentée avec 1 heure de retard. À part cette frousse tout s’est bien déroulé. Nous recommanderions sans hésiter cette propriété pour un séjour à la Barbade, voiture essentielle. Fantastic

Wow, what a fantastic trip.Met at villa by helpful charming and knowledgeable manager. The villa is perfectly placed for easy access to the main strip in the West coast or so close to the highway for journey elsewhere. Villa is immaculate.Well furnished and great layout. Pool is perfect. Bedroom has the wow factor, high ceiling, well furnished and so comfortable. Air con fantastic. We both so, so recommend this fantastic villa.

Tranquil Oasis

We loved the privacy of the outdoor living space. The pool was larger than expected and beautifully clean. Well equipped kitchen, great oven and hob so really easy to cook and BBQ also well used! Very comfortable bed, great shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Claudette, the housekeeper does a great job and the owner let us know in advance when she was coming which acknowledged the importance of privacy. Natalie, the villa manager was there to meet us and to see us off which was a nice touch. A car is really essential as local buses are few and far between and the house is quite a walk from Holetown. Parking right in front of the house so no problem. Would we return, absolutely!

My favorite part about the villa is waking up to stunning ocean views from the spacious bedrooms.
The private pool area has lots of sun all day long, so perfect for tanning!
To top it off, the location makes it an ideal base to explore the whole island being only a couple minutes drive from most of the best spots.

The townhouse and pool are elevated off the street giving it a very private feel while still having great views and full sun all day!
The bedrooms both has en-suite bathrooms and a big balcony, which is the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the ocean.
