Incroyable appartement avec espace extérieur, idéalement situé, avec un accès facile à tous les DC

À quelques pas du centre de Mount Pleasant et du marché des fermiers du samedi, l'appartement disponible est la suite de la belle-famille en dessous de notre maison de ville «Grande Dame» sur la rue historique Lamont. L'appartement a sa propre entrée de la rue Lamont et n'est pas directement relié à notre résidence. Un appartement confortable et bien aménagé dans un emplacement idéal, est une alternative délicieuse à rester dans un hôtel, mais avec toutes les mêmes commodités, idéal pour les voyages d'affaires ou des vacances en famille. Entrée privée hors rue, patio ombragé dans la cour arrière tranquille. Promenades faciles à Zoo, Rock Creek Park, et Metro. HABLAMOS ESPANOL. PARLONS FRANCAIS.

Loved the apartment! Just about every amenity you could think of. We enjoyed the outdoor space and lots of reading during our "home" day and a short Lyft into town when we wanted to sightsee.

Having a trampoline for the kids was great.Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Desert Island Ice cream shop is a must if you stay here. Always a line , but worth the wait... Host was very cordial and very helpful.

Host took excellent care of us! Kids LOVED the trampoline. Parking on the street was no problem, even with our minivan. You need to have host arrange for a digital parking pass prior to arrival. We used the alley to load and unload luggage and bikes. We loved biking to the Mall area on Rock Creek trail. Also loved that we could walk to the zoo and save parking fee.

The host went out of her way to provide a perfect, comfortable and festive location for us to prepare and share our family Thanksgiving dinner. Beautifully furnished apartment in a great historic area. Each of the two bedrooms had a comfortable Queen bed and private bathroom. A nice place to come home to after touring. Excellent restaurants, wine shop, markets. Easy subway access and a great place to walk. We were very happy and at home here. Highly recommend.

Mount Pleasant Condo

We 3 found this condo a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay for 4 nights in April. The neighborhood is terrific and offers a lot of Latin restaurants and nearby grocery stores. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub. The metro and national zoo are each a short walk away. Great place!

Excellent stay at this vrbo. It was a fantastic location and great space. There are a number of steps down to enter the property, if stairs are a problem for you. The space was very clean and the host was responsive.

This is a wonderful place to Stay in DC! It is beautiful clean and big! Check in was súper Easy and fast! The bed was comfy and we even had a shared patio! I wish we stayed longer but definitively Will come back again!

This property is in an amazing location in the Columbia Heights/Mount Pleasant area. Easy access to the metro, great restaurants, nearby, and a cozy spot to come home to after a long day of being a tourist in Washington DC.

Excellent apartment in Mt. Pleasant

This apartment is in an ideal location, on a quiet, tree-lined street, in an ideal neighborhood, just steps away from many restaurants, grocery stores, buses, and a short walk to the metro. It is quiet and very comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and quickly resolved an issue that came up. This was our second stay here and we highly recommend it to visitors to DC!

Great location for a family visit to DC area

We really enjoyed our visit to DC – about a 10 minute walk to nearby Metro Station. Quite a few restaurants nearby. Was able to park on street nearby. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Beautiful spot. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Lots of other families nearby.

Ideal apartment in Mt. Pleasant, DC

This apartment is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, just steps away from many delicious restaurants, great coffee house (Elle) and ice cream (Mt. Desert), grocery stores, a Saturday farmer's market and an easy, 10 minute walk to the Metro's red line for easy access to all of DC. The apartment is very comfortable and Kelly has stocked many supplies to use as needed, making the stay ideal. This is an ideal place to stay when visiting DC!

Awesome experience

I have traveled extensively and stayed in many properties. This was by far our best experience. The accommodations were very comfortable, very clean, and welcoming. The location is a 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes, and a wonderful farmers market on Saturday’s. The owner, Kelly greeted us to see if we needed any assistance during our stay, set up a parking pass which was wonderful, and was a wealth of local knowledge. We will definitely book again for future visits to DC!

Best Place!

We traveled for our first family trip to Washington DC. We so enjoyed ourselves! The location is fantastic: out of the city, but close enough to visit the museums and monuments for the day. We had no trouble getting to the metro and catching buses. And in the evening, we could walk a block and have a cocktail on the patio of numerous restaurants before shopping for our evening meal at the local market. Kelly was kind and helpful. She suggested activities and they were perfect! We loved our daily doggie visitors and sitting out back with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We hated to leave when our time was over.

My husband and I bought this house in 2016, and decided not to rent the basement, so that we have plenty of space when the grandparents visit! So we left it furnished and with none of our personal clutter, and are happy to share it with travelers who want a nice (and more economical) alternative to a hotel.
