Welcome to this delightful townhome in Miramar Beach. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a sofa bed.
Make lasting memories with your friends and family at Blue Surf 17.
Start each day over sunrise coffee on the garden patio, sharing conversations while shell hunting on morning beach walks, and then end the days watching the sky fill with color during a Destin sunset.
Bounce back and forth from the beach to the pool all day - they’re both right here. The beach is waiting for you just down the sidewalk and steps - even the beach access crosswalk is located right at Blue Surf. And the Blue Surf community pool is right outside Blue Surf 17.
Don’t forget to step over to Pompano Joe’s beach side bar during afternoon happy hour for treats for the kids and beach treats for the adults too!
Prep easy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or take a short walk to one of the nearby restaurants or the coffee shop.
Enjoy a beach vacation with less hassles. From Blue Surf, you can access the necessities with ease - especially when you know the traffic patterns (included in our Tips and Tricks before you arrive).

We are a family of 5 living in Westfield, Indiana. Holly teaches first grade and Zach works for a company that focuses on car seat safety for children. We are now in the stage of parenting where we have all teenagers and look forward to time at Miramar Beach as a family just as much as getting time there without the kids. ;)
We purchased this townhome in 2020.
Our journey to owning Blue Surf 17 began in spring of 2013. This was an important trip because due to the loss of Holly's dad in February of 2013, we became committed to a life focused on making memories with family and friends.
Every year since, we have stayed in numerous condos at Miramar Beach and it became our 'home away from home'. Over the years, we have taken our kids on trips from New York to Arizona, but their hearts and minds always reflect back to Destin at Blue Surf as their favorite.
Through being at Blue Surf, we have learned to cherish the simplicity and self-reflection of what naturally takes place when we return to the beach. Our vision is to provide a place for others to find the same experience.
Although we've stayed at other properties, we have always been drawn back to Blue Surf. We find it to be the perfect fit - open yard where our kids have played frisbee and lacrosse, courtyard pool with easy access from the condo, perfect ocean views.
Our trips include daily visits to Pompano Joe's happy hour, morning walks on the path along Scenic Gulf Drive, and morning shell search walks toward the east that include a stop at Bad Ass Coffee along the path on the way back.
Most importantly, all of these activities are done with others - and all of the great conversations and memories that come along the way.

For our property, it's all about the convenience. The community pool is just off the patio and the beach is right across the street. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
