BRAND NEW BEACH RAMP!

Located in the desirable Maravilla low-rise, “Casa Blanca” is a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring stunning Gulf views and modern updates as of December 2022. The open-concept living area and kitchen create a spacious atmosphere, complemented by new furnishings, bedding, and decor. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, balcony access, and a TV, while the guest room has a queen bed, TV, and a furniture rack. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and Gulf views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and blender, along with a full set of dishes and cookware. The dining area seats 7, and the unit includes a walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy three flat-screen TVs throughout.

Amenities include *seasonal beach service (umbrella and 2 chairs), two pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and a private beach. The condo’s wood-like vinyl plank flooring adds a touch of beach-inspired luxury. Located between two elevators, the unit offers easy access with groceries and luggage.

Explore nearby attractions like Pompano Joe’s, The Crab Trap, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Baytown Wharf. The condo welcomes well-groomed, well-trained dogs (maximum 2, no cats) with prior approval. Snowbird rates are available during winter months. *Seasonal beach service is March - October 31.

The condo had a great view of the beach. I loved that it was a pet friendly condo. We walked our dogs 4 times a day on the beach boardwalk across the street. We also walked to Pompano Joes for Happy Hour. Louise was very friendly & easy to communicate with.

Our stay was wonderful! Louise the host responds promptly to any question. Check in and out is a breeze. The property is very well maintained and the community is very friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The view of the beautiful gulf waters was amazing right out our windows. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony as well. Our dog enjoyed it too! Would highly recommend this place to stay in Sestin.

Best view of beautiful Emerald Coast and amazing sunrises & sunsets. Condo was beautifully furnished and close to several restaurants. The boardwalk and direct access to the beach are great especially with the new ramps. Definitely our favorite condos to stay in Miramar Beach!!

Great location

Love the area and nothing negative to say about the condo we stayed in but Maravilla has definitely changed in the past few years. We stayed there three or four times in the past and it was just quiet this time not so much.

Multigenerational family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We’ve stayed at Maravilla many times and love the location and amenities of the neighborhood. This specific condo was clean, comfortable and very nicely equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator as she updated us on things that were happening within the complex, such as power washing and gate repairs. We would definitely stay again.

Our host was amazing with communication!! The unit is beautiful and very clean. Me and my husband had everything we needed for the beach! The towels and chairs provided came in very handy! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make breakfast!! This unit is super close to elevators and so close to the beach. We loved our week and will plan on staying here again.

We are the Buslow Family—Joe, Louise, Drew, and Dylan—and we are a family that cherishes the beach and the ocean. In 2011, we made the move from the north shore of Boston to Texas. However, we missed having the beach right in our backyard, so we decided to create our own dream beach vacation getaway. Having grown up in Florida, my husband introduced me to the beauty of Destin, where I instantly fell in love with the pristine white sandy beaches and the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Gulf. The Crystal Beach/Miramar Beach area captivated us with its fantastic shopping, dining options, and family attractions. This marks our eleventh rental season and our sixth property, and we genuinely relish our homes away from home. Additionally, I manage Vrbo.com/2370403, a marvelous property in Crystal Beach that can accommodate parties of 8. It's a brand new property in a superb location just a few minutes from the beach.

We take every inquiry seriously and respond to each individual promptly. We genuinely enjoy speaking with our guests, so please don't hesitate to give us a call. If we aren't able to answer right away, rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible. We strive to return calls, texts, and emails within two hours, often within a few minutes.

We chose the beautiful condo in Maravilla Resort of Miramar Beach in Florida for several compelling reasons. First and foremost, the pristine white sandy beaches and the captivating turquoise waters of the Gulf drew me in. The natural beauty of the area creates a serene and idyllic atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. The complex is family/pet friendly and has many amenities for families to enjoy. Additionally, Miramar Beach offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and family attractions in the Crystal Beach area. I was captivated by the vibrant and lively ambiance, as well as the convenience of having a variety of options within close proximity. Whether it's exploring unique boutiques, indulging in delicious cuisine, or enjoying family-friendly activities, this neighborhood has it all. Furthermore, the amenities and facilities at Maravilla played a significant role in my decision. The private beach access, along with the availability of two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball, and a workout room, offer endless opportunities for recreation and enjoyment. The added benefit of private beach service during the season ensures a luxurious and hassle-free beach experience. Overall, the combination of breathtaking natural beauty, a vibrant and diverse community, and an array of amenities made Miramar Beach the perfect choice for me. It truly offers the best of both worlds—a serene beachfront setting and convenient access to entertainment and attractions.
