Perfect Pool Placement

Pool is across the street and has a kiddie pool. Makes it very easy if you have small children. It is a bit of a walk to the beach access, so if you have children bring a wagon for ease. Coffee shop around the corner from the exit and grocery store around 1.5 miles away.

Great resort; bad unit

Happy to stay at Seascape again. Great location; nice grounds; lots of pools; tennis fees (court fees apply...just FYI); basketball court (which was terrific to have for our son); fishing (also terrific); quiet (especially if you stay in a condo and not in one of the high rise towers closer to the main entrance). I gave it a 2-star rating b/c of our ACTUAL unit. The overall Seascape property is fine (not withstanding the high rise towers that I didn't have any involvement with).

Overall Great location & place! Just needs a little more attention to cleanliness!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here! Our check in process was great, location was amazing! Loved being able to wake up and go across to beach to walk and enjoy coffee. Tons of fresh clean towels! Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Our kids loved the place and felt very comfortable and safe. We were right across from pool and tennis courts- easy access to everything. The only thing I would recommend is that either remove carpets and rugs or have them cleaned often as well as sofas. The rugs looked and smelled dirty and wet so we just placed outside on patio. Sofas were not as bad but could use a cleaning as well. If you have allergies this is a huge deal as. Once again overall this place was GREAT!! Just a few minor adjustments and this spot would be AMAZING!!!

Pretty much looks just like the pictures online… communication with owner of company was a little slow.. had to ask myself for check in info because they didn’t send it themselves… would still stay again because it was clean and nice

Location location location

The bad, screendoor falling off of slider. Sliding glass doors are trash, rugs are nasty, condo needs a rehab bad. Now the good; right across from the pool and tennis courts, maybe five minute walk to the most amazing beaches in the world and some great restaurants. The whales tail, Kenny Ds, surf hut and so on.

As always we love staying at Seascape. So many amenities, steps from the beach and close to grocery stores and eateries. The unit we stayed in was clean. The master bath is very small and the cookware is less then desirable but we managed. The patio space is cozy but be prepared for a lot of traffic since its on one of the main roads and across from the only heated pool. Overall our stay was enjoyed by all and will definitely be back to Seascape again.

Perfection!

I couldn't ask for more! It was a cute place with awesome neighbors! Highly recommend! The beach isn't a straight shot so bring or rent a bike to get around a little easier!
