Our third stay in this beach house perfect for large groups. Very clean, fashionably decorated, and fully equipped kitchen (TWO dishwashers, TWO refrigerators!) Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue, in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Some other things to love: Every bedroom with its own bathroom, two 2nd floor balconies, a hot tub, well-functioning HVAC system, attentive and responsive owner, ample indoor seating and large dining room table.

This is the second time I rent this beautiful house for a professional retreat. I can’t say enough about this property in terms of how spacious and comfortable it is. Perfect for our extended family of 14, ranging in age from 1 to 85. The location is close to the little city park at the top of Silver Lake, enjoyed by the little ones, a reasonable walk to the beach and to Tehoboth Ave and Funland. We hope to come again next summer.

This was our family's second trip to this house and it works really well for a family reunion since there is a bathroom for every bedroom and two fridges and dishwashers, as well as a large dining room table. Two parking passes for street parking are provided and you can fit up to three cars in the driveway if you don't need to get all cars out easily during your stay. The area is also very bike friendly; we rented bikes and enjoyed rides up to Lewes and Cape Henlopen. Would definitely stay here again; for our family's diverse needs, it's a great option!

You can’t go wrong with this really nice house! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were six adults, two young children, and a dog and we all had plenty of room to spread out. There are four different outdoor areas to hang out in, plus a great hot tub in the fenced in backyard. The host David is extremely responsive, helping us out with a dehumidifier and an air purifier. Very nice! We had a wonderful vacation!

Host was very patient as I finally realized my wife and I had created two VRBO accounts and I was in the wrong one. Very troublesome. It was an awesome place allowing every bedroom to have their own bathroom. Allowed our dogs which was a bonus. Will stay again if we the dates match up.

This was our second stay at this property, and it continues to be fantastic. The house is huge with tons of room for everyone to spread out, and everything was clean and comfortable. David is a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This was the second year our group stayed here. We love the house- clean, well maintained, each bedroom has its own bathroom, well equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators!) , spacious, hot tub, multiple outdoor seating areas, plenty of parking, a close walk to the beach and downtown, great neighborhood, and responsive owner.

Great Family Trip

David was great - got to meet him in person when we checked in - the ONLY blemish was some tiny ants by the kitchen sink which obviously David has no control over - but all in all - loved the place / size was perfect for our large family - absolutely would come back and absolutely would recommend to friends/family.

Large 6 bedroom home w plenty of space to spread out. 2 second story decks are large and have plenty of seating. Hot tub & large outdoor table & chairs out back were a plus.
