A wonderful and stylish 2 bedroom/ 1 bath retreat. Spacious 1,200 square foot in approximate size. Short walking distance to the Metra train stop which takes you into the city. Enjoy local restaurants and shops in Roselle and Schaumburg or take the train to the city of Chicago! Walk in nature at nearby parks. 10 min drive to Woodfield Mall; 15 min drive to Schaumburg Convention Center; 30 min drive to O'hare International Airport. Convenient location right by Schaumburg! Easy access to major highways like I-290, I-90.
This building has 3 separate units, where each apartment/condo is 100% private. Guests will have access to the entire private apartment/condo.
Bright and peaceful 2nd floor unit. Master bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Second bedroom a full size bed. Living room is furnished with a new leather couch. Both bedroom windows are furnished with blackout curtains and blinds. Living room has a 75 inch LG smart TV. Electric was updated with all new outlets and switches throughout the apartment. Bathroom was recently remodeled. Kitchen comes with a brand new range/oven. Unit has newer luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We provide a toaster, blender, 12-cup coffee maker, K-cup Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, crock-pot, dishes, bowls, pots and pans and much more!
Central Heating and Air Conditioner:
- NEW furnace and central air conditioner were installed in 2025 along with Google Nest thermostat that controls temperature for the unit.
Laundry:
- There are coin washer & dryer in the building that are shared by 2 second floor units.
Free Internet
- Internet Speed: up to 500 Mbps.
Free Parking and Bicycle Storage:
- Guests can park up to 2 cars on the middle lane of the driveway. Guests can store their bicycles inside the garage.
