Conveniently located by all major interest areas such as the Sears Business Center, Sears Arena, The Arboretum of South Barrington, and a vast array of fine restaurants just minutes away.

Safety our guest and host is our main priority. Our property is equipped with the latest safety technology like advanced Outside 24hs video monitoring system. Also house and rented spaces are supply with Air Quality and controlled substance sensors connected to main house monitoring system. You will feel not only safe but also very confident you are staying in healthy spot. Any unhealthy contamination will be automatically send message to main system.
COVID 19
To minimize virus spread, we are putting cleaning ,safety and disinfection on the highest level. We are following all CDC and local government recommendation . We use only FDA approved medical grade disinfectants for cleaning. Contactless check in and check out and independent keyless entry. We want all our guest to feel as safe and comfortable as possible.

This is European style guest-suite with private entry and no sharing spaces with the rest of the main house.
High-end amenities, beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen included: ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave-conventional oven, dishwasher, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware set. Suite size is around 550 sq./feet and includes: 1 bedroom with queen size bed, living room with sleeper sectional, high-end bathroom with rain shower system, 55" Flat TV , Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku and much more included.
Natural surrounding location with friendly and safe neighborhood.
Nearby park with 8-mile paved loop trail for biking, running or hiking.
