Welcome to this newly renovated condo in the Grayhawk area of North Scottsdale—very close to Kierland shopping, Scottsdale Quarter, Whole Foods, restaurants, golf, and 5 miles to the Mayo Clinic! Also close to Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open, Arabian Horse show, Spring Training and amazing golf.
This second story 1400 square feet condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, single car garage available for use, with access to 3 heated community pools, spa, and 2 fitness areas. Master suite has a king sized bed while the second bedroom has a queen with a pullout twin trundle bed. Also enjoy the private, very quiet balcony.

Each room (living room, two bedrooms) is furnished with a smart TV which allows you to log into your favorite streaming sites (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Paramount etc)—note, there is no cable access.
