We are the new owners of this dream condo in paradise, and we would like to Welcome you to this Lovely second floor, one bedroom condo overlooking the Vidanta golf course fairway with distant ocean views from your balcony. Across from the beautiful white sand beach and easy walking to the Historic San Jose’ del Cabo. Condo 204 is in a private gated community, Phase 2, Villa 7. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are a one block walk to the Plaza del Pescador mall.
Enjoy three separate heated Pools with Jacuzzis. Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the terrace, while watching the golfers tee off from the 4th hole. During the day explore the history of San Jose’ del Cabo with the historic beauty of restaurants and shops with the cobblestone streets. Dine in one of the several unique gourmet restaurants and end the night while relaxing with a night cap on the terrace.

We live in Snohomish, Washington. The first time we visited San Jose Del Cabo for our vacation, we fell in love. We continued to vacation here several times and we decided to buy this condo for a vacation property.
We are high school sweethearts and have been married for 35 years. We are now empty nesters, and we have 3 beautiful children. This is our dream to own a condo here and we are so excited to share it with others. We hope to spend more time here when we retire in a few years.

Why they chose this property
We love being right across from the white sand beach, restaurants, bars and shops of Plaza De Pescador. We enjoy the Vidanta golf course fairway with distant ocean views. We relax sipping our coffee or margarita on our balcony while watching the Golfer's Tee off on the 4th hole. Our favorite is to pack our lunch and walk to the beach. In the Evening there are so many gourmet restaurants to choose from in Plaza De Pescador or a nice walk to San Jose Del Cabo.
What makes this property unique
Club La Costa is a gated community, Walking distance to the beach and Historic Old San Jose del Cabo as well as grocery stores. We have 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. For Golf Lovers our balcony overlooks the 4th Tee, equipped with an outside bar.
