We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is perfect—we were able to walk everywhere. We went to the beach often with the kids since the entrance is right across the street. We’ve been to Cabo many times, and this was one of our favorite stays.One thing to note: if you’re not physically fit, be prepared for a lot of stairs. Thankfully, our family managed just fine, and the top-floor balcony was absolutely worth it. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, and having water delivered to the door for 50 pesos was well worth it.We did have a minor complaint from the HOA, but if you’ve been to Cabo before, you’ll know this is pretty normal for condo complexes. Some people have nothing better to do and thats ok. The owner and the property manager were amazing and very responsive!

San Jose stay

The condo was very comfortable and well located. We were a bit confused by the description, we thoughg there were three seperste rooms. However one of the beds was sutuated in a common space. Luckily my snoring brother did not accompany us. Other than our misunderstanding the description, everything was lovely.

The property was as advertised...clean in a wonderful quiet building close to shops restaurants and groceries. The owner was quick to respond prior to arrival and come day of...property manager was in contact and took great care of us. Would stay again...absolutely. Thank you!

A worry free stay with attentive hosts!!

We appreciated many things about this lovey condo. Scott was a terrific communicator so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived and during our stay. His property Manager, James, contacted us before our arrival and arranged for our airport pick up. He was at the condo when we arrived and checked with us through out our stay to make sure that everything was ok….then came by to say good bye when we left. This was such a nice touch and has never happened to us during our many other VRBO stays. The condo and the entire complex were very clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a worry free stay with attentive hosts look no further than here!!

Perfect for local San Jose Del Cabo stay

Stayed here with a few friends for the quiet nights needed in Cabo. James (property mgr) was a pleasure to give a quick tour of the property and communicative when needed. Would certainly recommend if you’re in need a quaint stay in SJDC!

Great Experience!

The condo was perfect for my spouse and I. Only a few minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. There was a nice pool and hot tub that we enjoyed using. The condo was kept very clean and was very comfortable! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in San Jose del Cabo!

This place is fantastic. The manager was super helpful and great communicator. Owner was also amazing in responding to questions in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for better overall experience.

Great location and will definitely return

Our stay was effortless. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to the beach, access it across the street. Lots of local restaurants, grocery store 12min walk, Uber super accessible and highly recommend. 3 pools in the complex, condo layout is 2 full bedrooms with a loft which has another queen bed (its open to living area), 2 full bathrooms with showers. One on main floor and other off the main bedroom. The couch is also a pullout, but not typical mattress (in my opinion its better) My father in law slept all week on it with no issues. Air conditioning in the main area and main bedroom. We barley used it for our trip, just in main bedroom for a couple hours before bed some days. Eating area is on the deck but worked out fine. There are only 4 chairs and we had 6 of us, so my suggestion would be to add a couple chairs for when there are more than 4 people. The condo overlooks the main pool area, and this is not typical of the complex and in my opinion the best view. If you have mobility issues this condo is not for you. There is a steep ramp and 2 sets of stairs to the condo. We had no issues with grandparents but they have no mobility issues. Laundry was nice to have for our stay, its located on the deck and easy to use. San Jose has gotten quite expensive but we ate in most meals so very very reasonable cost that way. Lastly, highly recommend the Art Walk on Thursdays in the town square. Uber is $8 each way or walk is about 30mins.

Beautiful time

Time was great. Unit and property were great. Unfortunately Mexico doesn't allow kids under 10 in the hot tub but other than that it was a lovely time. The lady out at the street corner in her little red car selling tacos is a must do!

Wonderful Condo in a convenient location near downtown

So much better than staying in a hotel and was very reasonably priced. This penthouse condo was really nice and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and our catch of the day. The grounds are beautiful with a pool and hot tub, and the folks were really nice. We liked that it was close to town and walkable. It does not have elevators, so the location of this condo is not well suited for those that need one.
