Very clean and exactly as advertised. Awesome pool and right on the beach as well. I recommend giving the airport taxi drivers and uber drivers the dentist office address.

We had an incredible sunny soulful stay here. Nothing bad to say!! Stop looking and book now. Amazing balcony with sunshine all morning. Great location, walk on beach or take 4 Uber ride to local restaurant and grocery store. Would love to come back here!

Perfect beach stay

Very nice condo right on the beach. Kitchen and living room appear to be recently updated. The appliances were very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Large Smart TV was a hit with my husband. Loved the variety of coffee and tea Heather offered! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the pool. The landscaping was beautiful. We walked the beach to 2 of the restaurants. Uber was a short ride into town and many good, authentic Mexican restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer.

San Jose beachfront

The balcony in this neat, tastefully equipped and comfortable one-bedroom unit offered us warm sunny mornings and shady afternoons looking SE over the pool and low beach dunes to the glittering ocean. Beach access is very convenient to acres of clean and uncrowded sand. All the amenities work reliably and Mira Vista development is just a few km from grocery stores, restaurants, golf and other vacation activities. Thank you, Heather, for renting us your precious condo.

Everything was fantastic. Heather was very responsive. I loved the location. It was my first time booking with Verbo and really didn't know what to expect. I will book this condo again. This condo had everything I needed. Sunrises/ Sunsets from the deck were outstanding. Pelican Rock was my best snorkel experience. I had a wonderful day on the beach half way between Cabo and Todos Santos.

My husband and I love San Jose del Cabo!!!So much so that this is our third time in a row.We Stay in a different condos each time. But number 5 at Mira Vista is hands down the nicest one yet! It is super clean, bright and cheerful, right on the beach. Magnificent views!! It is so well stocked. She has literally thought of everything. There is nothing that we use at our home that she doesn't have there.In fact, we loved this unit so much that we actually booked this unit for next year while we were still on vacation here!! condos each time

Wonderful stay!

This condo at Costa Azul was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location of the condo is convenient to downtown San Jose del Cabo, grocery stores, and an easy drive to Cabo San Lucas. The condo is well equipped with everything you need during your stay, including beach chairs and towels. Our favorite part of our stay was enjoying our morning coffee & tea while watching the amazing sunrises each morning. We ran into several owners during our stay, and all of them were extremely kind and gracious. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet

My stay was definitely a pleasant one. I had a hiccup or two and the owner was quick to reply which always makes one feel at ease. The comforts of home were all supplied. The kitchen had plenty of appliances to choose from, the bedroom had extra blankets which came in handy and the pool was a good size considering that the ocean was just a short walk just outside the back gate. The king size bed was nice as was the AC. The neighbors and other guests alike were all polite and respectful. I could see myself coming back again.

Amazing.!!

Condo was clean and bright, and located in a perfect quiet beach location. Watching the whales surfacing from the deck was simply amazing. The pool area was perfect, the complex is quiet and well kept. The other guests/owners are all extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The condo is located near grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. The host was awesome to deal with as well.. nothing but great things to say about this unit.!! We will definitely be back.!!
