Bienvenue dans la prestigieuse communauté de Frangista Beach! Arrivez avec vos tongs et votre maillot de bain à la main. Cette belle maison privée 3BR / 3BA SLEEPS 8 et est situé à un pùté de maisons de l'accÚs à la plage fermée et est directement en face de la piscine de la communauté Frangista Beach. (Les codes pour la porte d'accÚs à la plage et la porte de la piscine seront fournis aux clients.)

DĂ©couvrez de nouveaux revĂȘtements de sol, des plafonds de 11 pieds et de beaux meubles dĂšs que vous franchissez la porte d'entrĂ©e de ce chalet de plage Ă  deux Ă©tages. RĂ©unissez-vous dans la cuisine gastronomique ouverte et dans le salon et la salle Ă  manger au premier Ă©tage. Le salon est Ă©quipĂ© d'un canapĂ©-lit queen-size pour fournir un couchage supplĂ©mentaire si nĂ©cessaire. Un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD 4K Ă  Ă©cran plat 55 ", un lecteur Blu-ray et Roku (avec accĂšs Ă  Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc.) sont disponibles pour votre divertissement. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez du beau temps sur l'un des trois porches spacieux.

Également situĂ© au premier Ă©tage se trouvent deux chambres doubles avec salles de bains privĂ©es. La chambre principale au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains principale privĂ©e avec douche ïżœïżœ l'italienne et double vasque. La chambre principale dispose Ă©galement d'un porche avec moustiquaire et d'un coin salon pour six personnes, idĂ©al pour discuter et boire un verre entre amis ou pour prendre un cafĂ© le matin. (Brasseur Keurig gratuit avec un Ă©chantillonneur de K-cups fourni lors de l'enregistrement.) Toutes les chambres disposent d’une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, d’un lecteur DVD et d’un service de tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble.

La plage Frangista est Ă  quelques minutes du complexe de golf et de plage Sandestin, du village de Baytowne Wharf, des magasins Silver Sands Premium Outlets, du parc aquatique Big Kahuna et de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et lieux de divertissement adaptĂ©s aux familles. Il se trouve Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche de nombreux restaurants prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s en bord de mer, notamment Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut et Whale’s Tail.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.
