¡Bienvenido a la prestigiosa comunidad de Playa Frangista! Llegue con sus chanclas y traje de baño en la mano. Esta hermosa casa privada de 3HAB / 3BA, para 8 personas, se encuentra a una cuadra del acceso a la playa y se encuentra frente a la piscina de la comunidad Frangista. (Se proporcionarán a los huéspedes códigos para la puerta de acceso a la playa y la puerta de la piscina).

Descubre nuevos pisos, techos de 11 pies y hermosos muebles tan pronto como entras por la puerta principal de esta casa de playa de dos pisos. Reúnase en la cocina gourmet abierta y en el salón y el comedor en el primer piso. La sala de estar está equipada con un sofá cama doble para proporcionar alojamiento adicional para dormir si es necesario. Un televisor de alta definición de 4K HDTV, reproductor de Blu-Ray y Roku (con acceso a Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc.) está disponible para su entretenimiento. Relájese y disfrute del hermoso clima en uno de los tres porches espaciosos.

También se encuentran en el primer piso dos habitaciones dobles con baño privado. El dormitorio principal del segundo piso tiene una cama king-size y baño principal privado con ducha y tocadores dobles. El dormitorio principal también cuenta con un porche cubierto con una sala de conversación para seis personas para disfrutar de la conversación y el vino con amigos o reunirse para tomar un café por las mañanas. (Keurig brewer de cortesía con una muestra de K-cups en el check-in.) Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD y servicio de televisión por cable.

Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

The location is perfect, the pool is clean, the house is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally sent a bunch of Amazon packages there after I went home, and their staff helped me get them sent back. They just go above and beyond all the time. Can't wait to return next year!

The house is located one street off of the extremely busy Scenic Gulf Dr., so you have all of the convenience of the location but it is on a nice quiet street. The walk to the beach is very easy. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!

Different Name, Same Beautiful Home!!!

We previously stayed at this home when it was called Sand Pointe Cottage. We love the new name! It was a nice addition to replace the double twin bedroom with a queen bed. The 3 couples didn't have to fight over rooms this time!! With the community pool and the short walk to the private beach, this home is in a perfect location and we will continue to stay at this home for years to come. There is also a walking/ bike path along the scenic highway where you can see the ocean while walking your dog. At some points there is also a boardwalk above the beach. It’s one block from a road that goes out to Rt. 98.We stayed six weeks and felt safe and comfortable.

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.

Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.
