Cette propriété de vacances de premier choix dispose de plus de 5 400 pieds carrés de surface sous le toit avec 8 chambres à coucher bien aménagées, 8 salles de bain complètes et 1 salle d'eau. Zones communes à chaque niveau, il n’est jamais difficile de trouver une activité de groupe ou un peu de solitude.

Le deuxième niveau est la pièce maîtresse de la maison. Offrant une vue panoramique sur l'océan dans toute la grande salle, le groupe y passera sûrement de nombreuses heures à socialiser et à se détendre. Un grand canapé d'angle et une chaise supplémentaire vous accueillent dans le salon. Un salon intérieur en bord de mer peut accueillir quatre personnes supplémentaires. Le salon extérieur en bord de mer peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. La cuisine blanche élégante et moderne a deux réfrigérateurs, deux lave-vaisselle et un four encastré et micro-ondes. 5 places assises sur l'îlot central complètent ce dernier étage

The house was overall very good. We did have several handicap family members so the showers and elevator were a plus. However these was no ramp to actually get in to the house. Four and a half steps was like climbing a mountain for folks with mobility issues.The WiFi was also a big disappointment it was slow and spotty.The third floor where the living room was very poor despite a booster.Location was wonderful for our purposes.

The elevator was a fun plus, the hot tub hot, the kitchen well equipped to cook in. Can't beat the walk to the beach and the views.

The house and views from the house are stunning.

The house is built for ease of stay and is perfect for a large group. Each ample sized bedroom has its own bath, which makes it really comfortable for all guests. The top floor kitchen/living area is wonderful and is set up so multiple groups can converse in different gathering spaces. Wonderful vacation rental...will definitely book again.

Great home for our leadership meeting

This home had plenty of space and was in a great location. Staff at Kees were very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely recommend staying if you have a large group and want plenty of space to spread out, as well as be together. We were all very happy with our stay.

Location was great. Overall layout of the house was great and the elevator helped with aging family and luggage. The cleanliness of the house was poor with a large amount of dog hair and sand on the floors and carpet. There was also dog hair in (under all the covers) of one of the beds. There were general maintenance items that needed better maintained- slider door was rusted and fell off the track. 3 of our kids got swimmers ear from the pool. Given the poor cleanliness of the house and general condition, the cost of the rental was too high.

Beautiful house in a lovely location

The house is everything advertised. The location we great. Nags Head has enough to do if you wanted to but not too busy for those who wanted a more peaceful location. Some days if almost felt like we had the beach almost to ourselves. Had 14 people here for 6 days and never did we feel on top of each other or too far away from each other. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Awesome beach house

Great location with a 30 sec walk to the beach. House was clean when we arrived and didn’t have any issues other then the internet going out for a day. Management team sent a few text during the week to make sure everything was good. Already booked out next year vacation

Gorgeous, spacious home designed for tons of family fun.

Pristine property. No detail left undone. Everything was thoughtfully considered in the home and the KEES management company made it feel more like a vacation than just living in your own house at the beach. We will be back for sure!!!

Great house, tight parking

The house was great. Clean, great views. All the ice makers didn't work but it was fine for us. Tons of fridge space. Parking was a little tight between our 6 cars and the neighbors who had 10 or more cars. Pool doesn't have a hand rail which made it hard for some to get in and out. Would stay here again!

The property is really beautiful. Really well appointed with all the extras anyone would need. There was a communication problem regarding the AC on the first floor and one of the dryers not working but was resolved in a timely manner after speaking with someone ( don’t rely on the texting service).

Great place for for business retreat!

We had 11 people and 2 dogs stay for our annual planning retreat and needed 8 bedrooms w/its own bathroom. We had plenty of room to sit as a group at the kitchen table as well as in the main living area. The 2 separate living areas and nook on the 2nd floor were perfect to break out in small groups. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and glassware. We were surprised to find no ice maker in any of the refrigerators, however, the grocery store was close by. We would definitely stay here again!

My guests and enjoyed this house very much.

Things I would improve: (1) heat the pool for the guests and dare to make their experience more enjoyable, (2) provide beach chairs instead of the Kees tent as this is insufficient to share with other homes and their guests, (3) lower the temperature on the entry floor as it was much warmer (almost too warm) than the rest of the house, (4) 3 of my guests on the 2nd floor mentioned their bed was vibrating—you should check to confirm or fix, and (5) we only received fresh towel service on 1 of 4 days and it should have been at least 2 days

Nice House

This is a very nice place. There was lots of room for everyone to hangout. More than enough refrigerators. The only negative for me is there should be another oven during Thanksgiving you need 2. The top floor Master bath ceiling looks like it maybe molding. Tight parking if you and the neighbors have more than 4 and all are Suv's. I would rent this again, great access to the beach, nice view.

Amazing house

We all had a fantastic time, the house has great space for large groups and the elevator came in handy for luggage and groceries. The floors weren’t as clean as they could have been, and although the kitchen was well equipped, it didn’t have dish towels or pot holders. Not a game changer, but it would have been nice to know so we could have brought them.

We are so happy you had a fantastic time with your group, and hope the home and its features exceeded your expectations! We're glad you found the elevator made it easier for checking in and bringing your items into the home, and hope that overall it was a convenient experience. We apologize for any cleanliness issues you encountered, as well as the kitchen not including certain items. Unfortunately dish towels are normally not supplied, so paper towels are supplied for guests. We hope that you had a great visit to the area as well, as enjoyed the ample entertainment offerings throughout the Outer banks. Great house & location

Great house & location! Convenient to stores, shops & restaurants. Walking distance to neighborhood businesses & short drive to grocery store & other places. House accommodated our group of 16 perfectly. Housekeeping could have better. When we arrived we didn’t have a clear view of the ocean, which is why we booked ocean front. After requesting window washing & deck cleaning we decided to do it ourselves. Other than that, housekeeping brought new towels daily & emptied common area trash, etc. Cabana service was awesome on the beautiful beach! Great time had by ALL!!!
