Villa Encanto is a historic Spanish Revival built in 1935 and fully restored between 2022-2024. Our vision for the restoration was to create a 1930’s boutique style hotel experience, for group travelers or large families that love to be immersed in a bit of history and class, yet desire modern amenities for maximum comfort. Villa Encanto features 6 uniquely designed bedrooms, each equipped with King-sized beds to sleep 12, and 5 full bathrooms. Now with a separate 750 sq ft game room featuring 2 arcades, pinball machine, shuffle board, pool table and more!

The home has been restored with aesthetics as well as function in mind. The custom-designed kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, and features a built-in breakfast nook and a coffee station. The living spaces all open up to a large courtyard with includes an open faux grass area, lawn games, a ping pong table and a connected gas BBQ.

Centrally located to Long Beach's top destinations and restaurants, Villa Encanto is ideal for guest who enjoy exploring on foot, bike or quick car/uber drive. The Villa is 1 block to Long Beach’s famous Fourth Street and Retro Row, 3 blocks to the award-winning Long Beach Museum of Art and 1.6 miles from the Long Beach Convention Center. Wake up in the mornings and enjoy the choice of multiple coffee shops in walking distance. If you prefer to enjoy our provided coffee in the Villa, walk to multiple restaurant locations open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: 

Our Villa boasts 6 uniquely designed bedrooms all with their own King-Sized bed. For your specific comfort needs, each of 6 our bedrooms include individual heating and air temperature controls, full-length mirrors, closet space, dressers, extra pillows and blankets. The villa offers 5 full bathrooms, all thoughtfully equipped with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full set of towels and disposable makeup remover wipes. 

KITCHEN & DINING: 

The custom-designed kitchen is stocked with high-end Fisher & Paykel appliances, 36” natural gas range and oven, built-in fridge and freezer with ice maker, double dishwasher drawers, microwave drawer, custom stone slab hood, cast iron farmhouse sink with Kohler drinking water filtration system, and features an Italian leather built-in breakfast nook booth. Wake up fresh with a visit to our fully stocked coffee station centered around a Moccamaster coffee maker, complimentary freshly sourced roasted coffee beans, as well as a quick serve Keurig coffee maker with assortment of coffee pods, hot cocoa, marshmallows and assortment of teas and sweeteners.

GAME ROOM:

Step through a private entrance off the courtyard into El Encanto Lounge—Villa Encanto’s hidden, speakeasy-inspired game room designed for all ages.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING: 

The private courtyard entertainment area is all yours! Accessible through multiple French doors, allowing guests to enjoy Long Beach's pleasant year-round climate. This area features a professional-grade natural gas outdoor range (no need to re-fill propane tanks), comfortable lounge seating, multiple umbrellas and plenty of dining options for group enjoyment. Outdoor games such as ping pong, cornhole, and bocce ball are included, along with beach towels, yoga mats (complete with a carrying case for the free daily yoga sessions on the Bluff).

Guests will have full access to the 6 bedroom 5 bath home as shown in the images, including a private rear courtyard area and 2 dedicated parking spaces. Additional parking may be available upon request. Please text or message the host with any questions or immediate needs while at the property.

PARKING: 

For your convenience, 4 parking spots are available behind the property, and free street parking is accessible on all surrounding streets (please observe street cleaning signage). EV charger now available.

• QUIET HOURS: 10pm-7am 
• Stocked items in the house are only intended to enhance our guest stay while at Villa Encanto. Inventory is taken before and after each stay, so please do not remove items from the home, as it could be reflected in reduction of your deposit. 
• If you move furniture or bedding, please return it to its original location 
• If an item is damaged, broken or has stopped working during your stay, please advise us so we can rectify it immediately and not interrupt your stay or delay the return of your deposit. 
• A $350 cleaning fee is included in your quoted price for each stay. 
• A $100 pet fee is included in your quoted price per stay where applicable 

Villa Encanto is ideal for larger gatherings, small events and filming locations, however we need to adhere to Long Beach's policies to ensure no disruption to your stay. Therefore, please seek approval from us prior to considering our location as your destination.

SHARED SPACES: 

Villa Encanto shares the lot with a long term rental unit, however Villa Encanto does not share any communal space or outdoor entertaining areas. You have a fully private residence. Only shared space is parking in the alley, with 2 parking spots always dedicated to Villa Encanto guests.
