AMAZING VIEWS of Siesta Key Beach and Gulf. Unit 502W. Fifth floor corner unit.

Just a five-minute walk across Beach Road to Siesta Key's world-famous beach! This fifth floor 2bd/2ba corner unit offers an abundance of sunlight with views of the crystal white sands of Siesta Key Beach. The condo also includes two balconies that add significant space for watching the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine while catching a beautiful sunset. The condo has an open floor plan which includes a kitchen, with all the conveniences of home, seating for six in the living room and dining room. The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All linens, bath, beach and pool towels are included. A full-size washer and dryer are also available in the unit. High speed wireless internet and satellite TV complement this space. If a beach day is not on the agenda, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, play tennis or pickleball on one of the two courts or just relax in the comfort of a chaise lounge on the pool deck. A BBQ grill and covered picnic area are also located in the communal pool area. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys are also provided in the unit. Assigned covered parking. Siesta Key Village is just a short ride away on the FREE trolley that will pick up and drop you off right outside of the condo. If you are interested in getting some exercise, it is about a 20-minute walk to the village. The village offers restaurants, shops and plenty to do during the day or evening. This is a smoke free and pet free property.
Kitchen includes: blender, toaster, K cup and full-size coffee maker, ice maker, microwave oven.
Additional amenities: hair dryers, assorted beach chairs, boogie board, tennis racquets, pool noodles and misc. beach toys.

Joan was a great host. The property was perfect for my family. What a beautiful view from the balcony and you will find everything you need for the beach in the closet. There are great restaurants and cute little shops close by. The pool is perfect for when you need to get away from the sand and beach. I would certainly stay here again.

Great place by the beach

This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. It came with everything we needed for a day at the beach and was the perfect walking distance to it. It was also a walkable distance to Siesta Key Village for easy access to great restaurants. Everything was clean when we arrived and check-in was very easy.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is very nice and spacious for 4 people, across number one beach in the USA, with two big balconies, one with an ocean view. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this apartment. Hoping to come back in the future.

Enjoyable stay at this Siesta Key condo

We particularly enjoyed the location - within walking distance of the beach, and free transport to the Siesta Key Village. Lots of good eating places - we particularly enjoyed Gilligan’s and My Favorite Pub - great atmosphere in both places.

Excellent location my family with two small children had an excellent stay. Walking distance to beach, laundry on site, beautiful views. Would definitely return in the future Everything we needed was included, we were able to cook dinners and enjoyed the short walk to the beach.

We love this property as this was our third year staying here. The view from the balcony is amazing and it is a 10 minute walk across the street to the beach which I love. My only complaint is that the kitchen is not well stocked in terms of spices, small sandwich bags, etc. We also ended up buying laundry detergent and trash bags as we were not left enough of either. However, the property is very clean and comfortable which is most important and the owners were great to work with. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Florida.

Directly across the street from the main Siesta Key beach access. Tons of pool/beach towels, chairs, toys for kids, etc. The facility is a little dated, but we had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Siesta Key. I would highly consider staying here again!

Welcome to our Siesta Key condo! This property has been in our family since 2004 and has been listed on VRBO since 2015. For many years we had a property manager; however, we have decided to host it ourselves going forward. We will be moving from the Bold North (Minnesota) to Sarasota later this year. We will then be conveniently located near Siesta Key. Until that time, we have hired a very capable concierge to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. You may have even visited our VRBO site in past years. We were fortunate to have hosted many wonderful guests that left positive reviews. When we decided to manage the property ourselves, we were able to take our "Exceptional" rating and our Premier Host status with us.

Why they chose this property

Our family first visited SK in 1994 and have been coming every year since. Siesta Key has much to offer in addition to the sugar sand beach. After a twenty-minute walk to Siesta Key Village you will find a variety of small restaurants, boutique shops and a variety of vendors that rent bicycles, scooters and the like. If you're not interested in walking, you can ride any of the FREE trolleys that run to and from the village. The trolley stop is right in front of our building! There is so much to do off the Key as well. You can visit Myakka River State Park, rent a pontoon or jet ski at Island Tours on Casey Key and boat the intercoastal, shop at nearby St. Armand's Key or visit the John Ringling Circus Museum just to name a few.
