We’re also happy you found the house spacious and the location perfect for your entertainment needs. As you saw, the Wisp Resort has so much fun to offer the entire family. As I mentioned on our call, customer service is very important to us, and providing an unforgettably positive vacation experience for our customers is why we got into this business in the first place. We are so glad you reached out during your stay so we would have had an opportunity to address the gfi outlet issue. As you saw, we do our best to address any amenity issues as quickly as we can if something happens to break or is missed beyond our control! We appreciate your feedback regarding the wall cracks and your impression of the carpets. As I mentioned, we have quality control checks for each change over, and company wide quality control checks every quarter with our entire staff. During these visits we prioritize repainting where needed and have the carpets deep cleaned. We go to great lengths to try to ensure that everything is in pristine working condition for our guests. We are glad you found the kitchen stocked with all the basics you needed. We do our best to keep our website updated with all of the kitchen items we provide so our guests know what we offer and what extras should be brought from home. We also appreciate your feedback on the kitchen layout. As I mentioned on our call, the dining layout was designed to allow the adults to all sit at the large table and for the children to sit around the island, where everyone has their own space, but still feels like they are together. We have found that most groups enjoy having this set up. To meet our guests expectations, we go through great lengths to make sure the floor plans depict exact measurements and layouts of the furniture and the room. We do apologize that you found the area hard to manage with a large group and will keep your feedback, along with that of our other guests, in mind when designing our next home. We are so glad you enjoyed our property, and hope to host you at one of our properties again in the future.
