**Please Note: This guest house unit is located on the main level and is completely separate from the upstairs unit, which has a long-term tenant. The upstairs unit has its own private entrance at the back of the property, ensuring no shared access or interference with your stay, amenities, or entrances. While the space is private, you may occasionally hear light footsteps or noise overhead during daytime hours. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. Guests will have access to the entire house and one assigned and marked parking space in the driveway. Guests will also have access to the outdoor patio area, BBQ Grill, outdoor dining area, and basketball court/backyard.

Generally we try to give guests their space, but we are always available to answer any questions about the home or provide suggestions regarding the surrounding area.
