Very nice condo. But would leave few suggestions. Cannot turn bathroom light on without exhaust fan coming on. My sister says a kettle would be useful in kitchen. TV has no cable subscribed. I missed watching CNBC early morning. Overall, it's a very well furnished condo. Would love to come back in future.

Basic

They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night.

Beautiful Neighborhood

The property was well kept, clean, and quiet. We went for a college visit to George Mason and will rent again again. The owners were easy to communicate with and made our stay wasy. Thank you for a great stay

Wonderful place to stay!

We found this property while looking for somewhere to stay while visiting our son at Belvoir. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean. The area was residential and everything was close by. The owners were in touch before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here again on another visit.

Home away from home

My husband and I were there for a week of work training. We enjoyed having a home to make meals in, relax with a movie at night, and have everything we needed to be comfortable. We felt safe in the area. The grocery store, gas station, and coffee shop were just minutes away.

Very clean condo

Burke and Sarah provided us a very clean, 2 bedroom condo which was in a very central location in Fairfax County. It was a very nice, well manicured neighborhood. The condo was close to many yummy restaurants with diverse choices of cuisine, and the kitchen in the condo was well stocked if guests want to cook. The washer/dryer was great as we are traveling for a month. Communication with Burke and Sarah was outstanding and check-in and check-out was easy. The only suggestion I have is that the on-line pictures of the inside of the condo should be updated as the furniture, artwork and bedding pictures are not what is actually in the condo. Having said that, their furniture and bedding is nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect short term home in Springfield

Great experience with this condo while we are in between homes during an interstate move and remodel! Host was extremely responsive to a few maintenance issues, including providing a brand new refrigerator! Had everything we needed for our family. We extended our stay and are coming back for a few more days before our house is ready.

Convenient for NoVA

We needed a temporary home in the NoVA area and this condo was perfect. We'd previously lived in West Springfield so we were very familiar with the area. This condo was easy to get to, free parking, good wifi, and no stress or drama.

Great Place to Stay with Dog and Visit with Friends

This was a great, peaceful place to stay with our young dog. We needed a place in the Fairfax/Springfield area to attend a funeral and visit with friends and this was the perfect location. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.

A lovely Apartment

We stayed for two nights while touring Arlington and DC. The Apartment was clean and updated, but slightly different than the pictures. All the appliances were clean and worked. We had difficulty finding the entrance, it is down stairs outside. There is some water damage to the laminate floor in the dining area. Our biggest concern was that the towels in the bathroom had been hung up while they were wet and the bed sheets in both bedrooms were slightly damp as were the linens in the closet.

Great stay!

We stayed with our 2 children 12 and 14. Good location. Easy to get to and from Washington DC and surrounding areas. Host communication was great! We didn't have any issues while staying. Loved having a washer and dryer and plenty of parking.

Trip to DC area to watch PLL championship series.

Place was perfect. A little tricky to find upon first arrival because you actually enter the apartment from the back of the building, from the parking lot you park in. Other than that, great location, great place, reasonably priced, as advertised. Excellent across the board. Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and located in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Short Stay

We needed a close place to stay for family for an event in Northern VA. The unit was very comfortable and clean with parking spaces close by the unit and included with the stay for free. Burke was very attentive and if we ever need a place again, we will surely book with them.
