This villa is designed for honeymooners and couples seeking privacy, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences. The entire villa is sanitized daily for your peace of mind. Please read our reviews to see what our guests have to say.

Our villa is equipped with free WIFI, supercharged air conditioners, remote-controlled ceiling fans with lights, a laundry room stocked with all detergents, a safe box, USB outlets, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality utensils, pots, pans, a good corkscrew, backup, coffee makers, Ninja blender, tea kettle, and anything you need to cook, bake, chop, fry, mix and drink.

Additionally, there are two HD smart TVs with premium SKY network, offering 278+ HD channels including USA sports networks, NFL Sunday ticket, NFL red zone, MLB extra innings, HBO, and much more. You can also log on to your YouTube, Netflix, Prime, Disney, Hulu, Roku and other streaming services.

Relax and unwind in your own private 90,000-liter pool, one of the largest in the area. The villa also features granite decks, a palapa with hammocks, a sun deck, rooftop access with hammocks, and covered private parking.

We provide all linens, towels, beach towels, paper towels, tissues, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, purified fresh drinking water, purified ice, and daily maid and grounds keeping services. Unlike many vacation rentals, our home is constantly updated, and all pictures were taken with a cell phone without any filters or enhancements.

Our villa is designed for two adults only, with no exceptions. We do not accommodate children or pets, and smoking is not allowed inside . If you're looking for privacy, then this is the perfect place for you. Enjoy the sound of the ocean and relax in your private oasis.

For your peace of mind, we have recently installed two Generac full operational house generators in case of any unforeseen circumstances. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour security.🚨

This place was amazing!! We had the best honeymoon! We had everything we needed. It was so spacious, the pool was perfect, we were able to walk to different restaurants in the neighborhood, and it was very quiet. Edwin and Irma were so wonderful and great chefs!!! Hosts even put us in contact with a masseuse that came by and she was great!!! They also just had the best tips for our stay. We enjoyed our early morning runs along the road. It was the most relaxing time!

Amazing Stay

We have stayed in many VRBOs through the years and honestly, this rental was probably the best we have ever been to. Mac was amazing to work with and gave us detailed recommendations for dining and things to do. Edwin and Erma were amazing in helping us with whatever we needed. The place is stocked with everything that needed. We plan to go back and will definitely be staying at this amazing rental. Thank you for a wonderful time in Tulum!

Everything you Want

We had a wonderful week just enjoying the house, pool and surrounding beach areas. We took advantage of the meals and they were top notch. This location is absolutely devine and the communication was spectacular.

Perfect for Rest and relaxation

The house was wonderful, and it was amazing to hear the ocean crashing against the shore every second of our stay. However, the long dirt drive was a little grind. Recommend it very highly.

Twice as Fun in Paradise!

Great, private location

Loved the location and the house. Tulum has really blown up over the past 10-15 years and is not as quiet and "off the beaten path" as before. My wife and I specifically picked this house because it appeared to be a little more outside main Tulum and thus more quiet/peaceful. We were really happy with the location...felt more secluded even though we were only about 5 miles from town. Great setup, great views of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

Relaxation Residence

I cannot say enough great things about this rental. Communication with Mac the owner from the beginning was easy. Walter and Maritza were so warm and friendly and ready to help us if we needed anything . From the gorgeous accommodations, to the amazing view, to the private pool, and the stunning beachfront it was a perfect getaway. We will be making a return for sure!

SUCH A HIDDEN GEM!

This place was amazing! Mac, Maritza and Walter were so kind and helpful! They did not bother us one bit. The property was clean and so relaxing. It was so convenient too! We walked to the other hotels for dinner and on the beach to collect all the pretty seashells! We are definitely returning!

Fantastic Experience

My wife and I visited for our 30th Anniversary. The property was as described and fabulous. Perfect escape for us. The on-site, Edwin and Erma, were fantastic and helpful. We hired Edwin to cook 3 meals for us which were magnificent. Communication from the owner was spot on and informative. The last night, my wife had a massage which was great. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect for Relaxation

This was our second time staying at this beach house - it was just as amazing as we remembered. The pool is still bigger than you expect and the layout makes it perfect for relaxation. With the outdoor table, hammocks, loungers, etc. we spent the time either in the pool or sitting in the sun and listening to the ocean. The house is perfect for two and the bed is perfect! You have everything you need in the house. The housekeeper is fantastic! The power went out one night but the housekeeper had the generator on in 2 minutes so it was not an issue at all. The host is highly communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend this place! We'll be back again.

Amazingly beautiful. Edwin and Erma are very attentive, more than generous with their time and made are stay incredible. Highly recommend this villa for a romantic getaway Close to Tulum city for great food, shopping and attractions. Can’t even imagine a better spot. Looking forward to returning. Mac, the owner, was available for all our questions and walked us through our trip from booking, recommendations for best restaurants and so much more. I really didn’t want to leave.

A perfect beach retreat!

Casa Vendaval was clean, well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable. Lying in bed and looking out at the sunrise and the waves is unbeatable. Wi-fi and streaming services were perfect. Edwin and Irma take very good care of the premises and of the guests. They prepared perfect grilled lobster and mixed ceviche for us, which was definitely worth the extra cost. We did not have a car but Edwin made sure a taxi was available for us whenever we needed one. We would not hesitate to give our highest recommendation to anyone considering this property.
