Casa Gaia ~ Mahayana, Private Vacation Home on Tulum beach with turquoise sea at your doorstep!

Casa Gaia – Romantic Seafront Bungalow on Tulum Beach

Casa Gaia is as close to the sea as you can be. Perched directly on Tulum’s pristine white sand, this intimate bungalow offers uninterrupted Caribbean views that you can enjoy from your bed, living area, or private patio. Nestled among lush greenery for privacy, it is the most romantic retreat on the Mahayana property—perfect for couples seeking a dreamy beachfront escape.

With its vaulted palapa roof, curved walls, and natural post-and-beam design, Casa Gaia feels airy, sensual, and authentically Tulum. The open living space blends rustic artistry with barefoot luxury. Glass doors at the front of the villa open wide to the turquoise sea, inviting in the ocean breeze and the gentle rhythm of the waves. A custom shower with a sea view adds to the sense of romance and connection to nature.

The bungalow features a small yet equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas stovetop, and sink for light meals or sunset cocktails. An intimate patio tucked into tropical foliage provides a serene spot to relax, while the beach just beyond offers loungers, shade palapas, and a private stretch of sand reserved exclusively for Mahayana guests.

Casa Gaia also enjoys a peaceful location beside Lula Yoga + Wellness Studio—your ideal neighbor for a restorative beachside holiday. Guests enjoy use of property’s seaside swimming pool and a charming Taco + Breakfast Stand for delicious Mexican food and fresh squeezed juices a la carte.

Casa Gaia is not just a villa, but a romantic experience—immersing you in tropical beauty, privacy, and the endless embrace of the sea.

They took care of us

When the craziest thing happened and bees infested our space in one hours time , they did their best to make it right for us . Moving us to a sister property and a bigger villa . Checking in on us after that multiple times to make it right . The entire property is beautiful and the coffee truck was so helpful to have on site . Maintenance and housecleaning was excellent .

Thank you for staying with us! It was a first for us to have bees move in so suddenly to Casa Gaia. Thankfully, they have all moved on now. We greatly appreciate your understanding of the situation and were happy to offer you a bigger beachfront villa for your stay. We hope you visit us again in Tulum! You are always welcome at our villas.
