BEST LOCATION IN OLE. On corner of Rialto Dr, one block from village center. This is a upstairs corner unit condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths is completely.
It has granite throughout kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances, 55" LCD flat screen in Living room with Bluestream and sports package, a 44" LCD flat screen in the Master bedroom, and a 34" LCD flat screen in the queen bedroom. Condo also has ceiling fans, 1 car attached garage, four bicycles, laundry room, eat in kitchen/dining room, living room (sofa bed). Cozy front porch with ceiling fan to enjoy year round. A walk outside your back door brings you to your semi-private quad area. These exclusive amenities as part of the Quad include a separate pool, outdoor grilling and relaxing sunbeds should you wish for more privacy.

Condo also has Wireless Internet.

Ole Village Center is one of Lely Resort's newest neighborhoods where a village of Mediterranean styled condos cluster around the village center. The 20,000-square-foot village center amenities include a full-service concierge, bistro, English pub, Internet café, coffee shop, business center, library and a 90-seat movie theater. There is also a fitness center with locker rooms and a separate aerobics/dance studio. Outside, the free-form pool includes waterfalls and rock-scapes, and a landscaped sundeck with custom-designed furnishings. A separate pool for small children along with a play area. A beach volley ball court , a boccie ball field, 2 tennis courts, and a full basketball court are there as well. Many group activities are available for you to join including pickleball.
The library has 6 computers, a fax, printer and copy machine. For golfers, there are 2 championship golf courses on site- the Flamingo Island Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the Mustang Golf Course by Lee Trevino; these are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. You can pay as you play, and the clubhouse has a well-supplied pro shop.

A Publix grocery store, Starbucks, and McDonalds and many other restaurants are conveniently located a half mile away.

By far our nicest rental!

We have been going to this resort for a few years and stayed in many places. This was - by a large margin - the nicest place we have stayed in. Our family just spent the holiday season in this wonderful unit and can’t wait to go back next year. Clean , well stocked and beautiful. It’s so bright with all the big windows it feels like you’re outside all the time. Just a short walk to the pool and clubhouse which made swimming with little ones so easy. If you’re considering a stay in Ole, look no further and hope it’s available.

We did not want to leave!

Exactly as pictured. A well stocked STR. BIKES, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest. We added two boogie boards to the mix. A beautiful community and the amenities where fantastic. This United is right in the middle of everything and a very short walk to the pool. We all loved the pool. My husband and I enjoyed taking a bike ride in the evening. Everyone was very friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Beautifully Furnished Condo

The location on Rialto gave great view of the fountains, a 3 minute walk to the Pool, Gym and Pub, and the Quad Pool was a big plus. Beds were great, top notch appliances and everything needed for cooking. The Pickleball and Tennis was efficiently run, great courts and fun people. Already booked next Jan / Feb, unfortunately, not at this condo.

Wonderful condo in beautiful resort!

We spent last Christmas in this truly beautiful condo at the Ole Lely Resort. The resort is gorgeous and very well maintained. The condo is brand new, very clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Every necessary supply was provided, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and pool toys, the condo has it all! We felt like home right away. In the center of the resort which is just a few minutes away from the condo there is a cute little movie theater, a café, a pub, a tennis court and a great gym. The pool area is exceptionally beautiful. There is a Publix, CVS, etc. just around the corner from the resort. We enjoyed riding the (brand new) bikes to explore the area. All necessary information was sent to us upon arrival and everything was well described, from registration to using the coffee maker. The owner is very nice, engaged and helpful. We've already rented several condos/ beach houses in Florida but this condo is by far our favorite! We can highly recommend this property and we will certainly come back again!
