Space was nice and clean. It was centrally located to everything we were looking to do which was great. The full building is a rental and the tenets above this unit are loud. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture the full week we were there pretty much all day long, and a couple of mornings they woke us up with how loud they were.

Super clean and comfortable apartment. Plenty of, and easy parking. Good location close to anywhere you might want to go in the Midcoast area. Very responsive host. What is accurately listed, but for those planning a longer stay just remember that there’s no washer dryer plenty of laundromats in the area if you need them.

The property was beautiful and oh so clean. It was also centrally located and made everything easy to get to. It was very close to a busy and noisy road, but it was quiet at night. Ands Melissa was great!

Things we loved: Spacious, clean, homey with the books, knick knacks, and pictures. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Hot water with good water pressure. Fan in the bedroom and A/C works great. My wife loved the kitchen knives on the counter. Important things we reported: Please ask the tenant upstairs to try to step a little lighter when they are above the bedroom. The mattress bows in the middle lengthwise. Other than those 2 things, awesome place to stay. If you didn't already notice, big stairs down to a basement apartment (not accessible)

This was a clean, roomy property. Great shower and nice appliances. However, there was no insulation between our unit and the unit above. We could hear people talking above us (and they weren't shouting) and the normal walking sound from above was very very loud. (It was hard to hear the TV at times in the evening.) Noise from the nearby road was also a bit disturbing at night due to no insulation. There was no air conditioning during our stay - the window unit was in the closet, but we did not need it (as it was mid-June). Would recommend the Rockland Diner in Rockland, and Claws Lobster Joint as well as Archers in Rockland as close places to eat.

Thank you for your review. We feel compelled to respond to some of the comments. This is a modern building with plenty of insulation between the floors and in the exterior walls. The air conditioner is a window unit. We typically do not install it until it is necessary. It does a very good job cooling the space.
