This 4th floor, 1BR 1Ba stay has a gorgeous city view, comfortable and functional with in-unit laundry, a king bed and a fully equipped kitchen!



You’ll have the entire unit to yourself with shared access to a 3rd floor outdoor patio!

Great place to stay in downtown Rochester

This is a great place to stay if you are in the Rochester, NY area. The apartment is right in the heart of downtown and is also a quick drive away from most of the major amenities in town, as well as the interstate. Parking is in a garage adjacent to the building. The place has full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.

A Quiet Restful Escape

The cottage was just what we needed. A quiet restful place for our Anniversary! The check-in was easy. The host was very responsive and even let us know of activities/other things that we could walk to. It was a great little escape for us. It’s just as the photos pictured. Will be back if we come to Erie again.

Lovely, clean apartment. Good amenities. There is an industrial vibe to the entrance on a side alley-like street & lobby but don't be put off. You'll love the apartment & the expansive view.

Ryan was a most conscientious, friendly and considerate owner. His loft is bright, open, airy and clean. It is well insulated and quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and quite large, with a terrific shower. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the revitalizing downtown area in Rochester.

We hope to stay here again

The loft Apartment is very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we felt very much at home there. Easy access in and out of the parking garage and very close to the highway. Centrally located in the city equidistant to our relatives who we were visiting. Beautiful view of the city and the lights from the window. We go to Rochester to visit our grandkids a couple times a year and we hope to stay here again!

Great Location & Clean

The apartment looked exactly like it did online & was very clean. Ryan had towels, kitchen equipment & extras like detergent, coffee, powdered creamer, sugar & spices. The parking pass was fantastic to have, especially since the last night we were there it snowed pretty hard. The location was great for our needs. The king size bed was very comfortable & we got a great night’s sleep. Thank you for hosting!
