Cleaning fees will be additional if we need to remove stain, from appliances, walls, couches, or any items. if we need to clean additional hours. The fee will be $340.00 plus any missing item cost.
LIABILITY: The Host shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur to Guests while on the premises. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
All dirty towels or blankets need to be in the laundry. Dishes and kitchen utensils need to be clean and in original places.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
