In a quiet neighborhood with a backyard that makes you feel like you're nestled in the mountains which includes a half basketball court, cornhole game, patio furniture, a water feature, and a BBQ grill.

*** Please note that there are twelve 6-inch concrete steps without a railing (see photo) to navigate when entering or exiting this basement apartment. We live in the upstairs unit with our 2 dogs, so there may be occasional normal household noise. ***

We were in town for a family wedding and loved having this cozy place to land. Beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, comfy furniture (no sinking sofas here!), fireplace, comfy beds and appointed bathrooms. Darrin was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. You'll love it!
