AMAZING house! Owners are great. No issues. Was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend to catch up with friends. Three families stayed here comfortably. Plenty of room to spread out. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay again! Book this house you won’t regret it!!!!!

This vacation experience was above and beyond! Brandon and Brianna are great host and had excellent communication throughout our stay. The home was by far the best rental we have stayed at and all the amenities were spectacular. Everyone in our family from ages 3 -93 enjoyed staying here; we cannot wait to come again!

Blackberry Hideaway is fabulous!

The house location and property is remarkable! Well stocked kitchen, house was absolutely wonderful for my family of 11. We had space to spread out, but places to come together. Our getaway was perfect, because of this wonderful house. Core memories were made! Loved every minute!

This house was everything they said and more. In addition to the game room, there were outside games including cornhole, Yardzee, and Bocce balls. The house was also full of cozy extras such as pillows and blankets. Although we brought stuff we thought we might need, our hosts had already thought of everything. From washer detergent to toothpaste and toothbrush to every kitchen appliance you can think of, it was there waiting for us. This house and our hosts did not disappoint!

Blackberry hideaway

The house is awesome! Owner thought of all the little extras i.e coffee, kleenex, kitchen cleaner etc. very private area. Lots of games to play. Only thing I would suggest is have the hot tub cleaned and maintenance. Only a couple of jets were working and water was not fresh. Other than that we would definitely stay again. Very clise to Dollywood.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the house and appreciated all the little extras—it’s great to know they made a difference in your stay. We’re also glad you found the area private, the location convenient, and had fun with the games! Thank you so much for your feedback regarding the hot tub. We want to assure you that we do empty and refill it before each guest’s stay to ensure the water is fresh and clean. However, because we’re on well water, the iron content can occasionally fluctuate. When this happens, it can react with the disinfectant, giving the water a greenish tint—even though it’s completely clean and safe. That said, we’ve recently had our plumber make adjustments to the filtration system to help combat this issue, and we’ll have our maintenance team check the jets as well to ensure everything is working as it should. We truly appreciate you staying with us and would love to host you again anytime.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Our experience was exceptional. The home is very clean, well kept and comfortable. It was a great combination of coziness, elegance and luxury. It was extremely peaceful, yet close enough to shopping and tourist attractions in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with as well.
