Very modern interior with beutiful large family private pool give you space to lay back and have real holiday. Choice is yours , you can stroll down to the sea , have a dip in the lovely sea or just stay back with book or glass of wine next to the pool, and have real break from hassle on the beach and have place only to yourself, time your deserve- Your perfect Holiday!!

Exceptional villa

A truly beautiful property located in the mountain of Podstrana. A real pleasure to return to following days out. Fantastically maintained and looked after, this was ideal for our family of four, giving everyone their privacy and peace. Pool area lovely as was the furniture that surrounded it. Beds super comfy too which is always a bonus!

Absolutely stunning location. Fabulous accommodation and awesome pool.

This stunning 3 storey property was perfect for our family of 5. Steve and Millie provided us with a warm welcome and a wonderful platter of homegrown and local produce on our first evening along with other treats throughout our stay. They were invaluable in providing information relating to places to visit, where to park etc. The villa itself was well equipped with everything we needed including towels and some toiletries. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and Millie. The pool was perfect for us and definitely a highlight of our stay along with the fresh homegrown produce from the garden. This has been a perfect family holiday for us and provided a much needed break for us.

Stunning Views

Just spent a fantastic week in Croatia. The villa was lovely with stunning views and a great pool. The hosts Millie and Steve we very friendly and welcoming. They had layed on a platter of meat, cheese and fruit on our arrival and bought us daily treats of homegrown fruit and vegetables. They offered lots of advice about the local area and places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble. The Villa was split over three levels which worked well for our family of 4 with 2 grown up children. It was really well equipped, everything had been thought of, even little practical thing like tin foil and washing powder. A gas BBQ by the pool made cooking so easy. There were plenty of things to do in the area and the waterfalls at Krka are well worth a visit. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to Croatia and a stay in this beautiful villa.

Great hideaway away from the busy area of Split!

Great hideaway away from the busy area of Split, but still close enough to stop by quick at Split! The house is more or less brand new, perfect with three bathrooms (we where 2 adult and 3 children). Take advantage of the great service from Steve and Millie, great tips of what to do and see. Nice Family restaurant only 200m from the house etc...

The place was so beautiful.

The place was so beautiful. We really loved that place and the hosts. We got to see some amazing views of Croatia straight out of our villas yard. Hosts kept us company and gave us everything we needed and more... For the amazing hosts we had the most perfect holiday ever!

This is family house built 1881, I am third generation grew up in this old house and this is my family. Born in Split and finish education and move to lovely New Zealand where I met my lovely wife , got merried and have family!!

This property was build 1998 with pool build 2016 , Whole property was pass down through the generation and only our family live there !!

What makes this property unique

Villa is very private with own swimming pool and parking and every floor has sea view !!
