The complex, Seawind on the Bay is set in a beautiful lush garden setting which leads onto a tranquil ocean front. Just steps away from your door is a wading pool for kids and a large swimming pool for adults, a club house, BBQ grill and a covered bar for your entertainment. Guests of this property are neighbours to the Montego Bay Yacht Club, the Hard Rock Cafe and Secrets Beach Club. They are provided with a pass which grants exclusive access to this private beach and offers a ten percent discount on food and beverages purchased at the cafe. The apartment was recently renovated and has a king sized bed along with twin bed to sleep a third person.Your apartment comes fully air-conditioned and kitchen is equipped with all major appliances. It even boasts an enclosed patio/sun room which over looks the pool and garden. Some of the amenities afforded to you are:- Wi-Fi access, cable television and laundry facilities on the property inclusive of washing machine and dryer. You will need to purchase tokens for this. Outside the complex is a jogging trail, for your early morning or sunset run, there you will meet locals and vacationers alike. The property was wonderful, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and we had an awesome driver, Lee, which Patricia setup for us. Would have been even better if everything in the area was open but the beach was ultra private as a result and the pool in the complex was awesome.

Jamaican Paradise Getaway

I was here for 5 days with my husband and oldest daughter. We also met up with some of our friends here that stayed close by. Home away from home!

The property was exactly as described! It is in a very quiet location and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The beach is just a short walk away and is beautiful with great sunsets!Patrica was great, she communicated well with us and helped with everything we needed. The pool right out the door is nice too! There is also a pizza place and a restaurant next door at the yacht club which is very convenient! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Short but sweet stay

We were in Jamaica for personal reasons and stayed a total of 3 nights with only one full day at the property. It was quiet and calm. We watched the cruise ship and boats, and cooked breakfast in the nice kitchen. Great place, I would recommend.

No problem landlord were very helpful and nice, I will come again and the taxi driver Leroy very friendly he told me a lot about Jamaica and show me some nice places to visit when my wife and I come again . My finace enjoyed the pool immensely and in his opinion sitting at the edge of the ocean overlooking the yacht club was soul soothing. Especially at night. Like staying at your thoughtful aunt's place

Everything has been considered in Patricia's property––from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable daybed in the sunroom. It's like staying at your aunt's house: comfortable, clean, taken care of. Patricia was extra thoughtful with me, accommodating my fragrance sensitivities in advance by providing new bedding. This residential development is low-key and serene, with a bayside walkway and a short, easy stroll to a nearby beach.

An beautiful place

My mother and I stayed for a last minute trip and the place was exactly what we needed. It was bright, airy and close to the beach.The place was also very secure with a security post and person posted there. I loved the front nook as it has plenty of natural light, some really good art books and comfortable day bed. If you want to party this is not your place - its one of serenity and restoration. Exactly what my mother and I needed. When I return back, this place will be top of my list to stay. I hope its available every time I want to stay in it!

Just what the doctor ordered

This property looks exactly as advertised, it is fully stocked with everything needed for your stay with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The check in process was simple and communication with host is fast and efficient. The place is beyond clean....it's immaculate. The king size bed is ultra comfortable and the grounds are kept nicely. Location is central to everything. Patricia is a wonderful host with great energy and a kind spirit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy Jamaica.

Birthday vacation!

My husband and I spent our birthdays at the property and we absolutely loved the unit and the property. The home was clean and inviting. The bed and linens were practically new! Ms Patricia had beverages and light snacks that came in super handy. I will consider this property in the future. Thank you for every single thing. This is a very lush garden property adjoining the ocean front and cruise shop pier. The complex has approximately 104 apartments. This is a mixed community as there are long term residents as well as vacationers. A relaxing environment to chill and unwind. This unit is located within a quiet and tranquil setting. Definitely the place to chill, unwind and relax, also the opportunity to meet new friends.

What makes this property unique

Quiet and relaxing, friendly residents, children are welcome. There is a play area for kids as well as a small pool. This property is located in the Freeport area of Montego Bay. we are close by to the Secrets and Sunscape Resorts. The Montego Bay Yacht and Hard Rock Café is within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes from you door. You have access to the beach at the Hard Rock /Secrets. Standard checkout time is 11:00 a.m. however should you need additional please speak with host upon check-in.
