Inside, the spacious layout is perfect for a large family or even two families traveling together. Three bedrooms feature King beds, and a fourth offers a Queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Each room is thoughtfully appointed for a restful stay.

We had a wonderful family weekend. The place is beautiful, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked & we enjoyed being close to the pool. We hope to go back again sometime.

The condo was really nice and clean however the pool was very small. There wasn’t enough room in the pool all weekend to be able to use. Someone parked in my parking space all weekend. I was told there would be 1 parking space per unit which was not the case. My elderly mother was traveling with us and the overflow parking area was a bit of a hike for her. We werel told we could utilize all the amenities at Litchfield by the Sea across the street and that was not the case either. We were not allowed to use any of the pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts… NOTHING! This was extremely disappointing as that was something we were super excited about. I messaged the host all weekend and never received a response. When I went to turn my keys in when we checked out, I told the staff inside the Tidewater office and they didn’t really seem to care nor offer any of my money back when I asked for a partial refund. So with all that being said, if you’re just wanting to hang out in the condo during your stay here then this might work for you. If you’re wanting to use any of the perks they said you would be available to you (I have it in writing on the papers they gave me at check-in) and have to drive a bit to the beach, then this isn’t the place for you.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, clean and the location was quiet. Pool access was a plus for us to enjoy after a long day at the beach. Kitchen was stocked with all you needed for mealtime. The only thing that we really had a problem with was the thermostat has an automatic timer that went to 75° from 11:30pm to 6:30am. This is just to hot for sleeping and it took a while for the temperature to get back to 70°.

Adult vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo in a fantastic location. Very clean and kitchen fully stocked. However, the AC for the main living area and two of the bedrooms didn’t seem to be working well. A message on the thermostat said filters need to be cleaned/changed so late Thursday I called to let them know. It got much warmer at night, so I believe the owner has some type of automatic setting that bumps the thermostat up at night. It was not a comfortable sleeping temperature for some of us. Two other bedrooms were on a different thermostat and we had no problem with the temperature in those rooms. The couple sleeping in the front bedroom to the right off the hallway state the mattress wasn’t comfortable and needs to be replaced. Overall, it is a great place and we will stay here again.
