Otras características incluyen televisores de pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora grandes, y cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, este condominio crea una estancia grande y espaciosa para usted y sus invitados. we loved the condo. The size was perfect! The location was great! We loved the pools and hot tubs. There are two hot tubs outside and one inside. There is a pool outside and inside. There is also a lazy river outside that is great! This condo is so close to the beach, with just a cross over a bridge. The only drawback is the water sprays to clean your feet off did not work as well as they should have. Parking was good also. The parking was close, but we could always find a parking place. There are tvs in every bedroom and living room. Loved the 3 baths also. A great place we would recommend. There were some stains on the outside cushions, but was so comfortable to sit on outside! Loved the balcony also! We ate breakfast at the balcony one morning and it was so nice! One rocking chair had some issues. When we texted anything, they were very good to get back!

Nice Condo

Enjoying our family stay. Not a lot of walkable restaurants. No clear communication with unit manager. We received a text that the unit was available for an early check in, only to find the door code not released until exactly the 4pm listed time. The smoke detectors go off from high humidity; showers or leaving the door open to the balcony. Never seen this in 40 years of going to Myrtle. I would stay here again!

Great location and building; unit was good, not great

Location is great and the pools and hot tubs were great for the kids. The unit is a nice unit but could use some TLC. One of the 2 air conditioners wasn’t working the entire time we were there and made the unit a bit warm during the day. Lots of scuffs on walls, patio furniture was very dirty and some of the furniture had some stains/wear and tear. Sliding doors were hard for kids to open, especially the one in the master and screen door was off its track. Bathrooms were nice but could use updating. Nothing that would ruin a trip but the condo was a little bit below the fit & finish I’m used to at the price point.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at your property. It really felt like a home away from home. I really appreciate the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. We will definitely be back.

My family had a great time! The kitchen could be more equipped with utensils/cooking equipment but other than that the stay was lovely and the check in process/communication was simple.

Great Stay

Great location, clean clean clean property! Only warning is you literally get 1 trashbag, 1 laundry detergent and 1 dishwasher detergent, so come prepared with own supplies. I would think for a weeks stay and the price paid the company could add a few extra. Other than that, highly recommend.

Mixed Bag!!!

The space of this unit was superb, and the bed configurations per room fit our family needs very well. I will say the beds were pretty comfortable but there weren’t nearly enough pillows and many of them were flat. The furniture in the main living space was OK, but for the price paid, I expected the furniture to be in better shape and perhaps to match a little nicer. The bathroom in the hallway made a loud screeching noise consistently throughout our stay, which was very annoying. The bathroom in the master suite was missing a towel bar in the shower, it looked very cheesy. We did experience another issue with the dishwasher early in our stay, it was reported to the property manager and eventually the dishwasher was replaced the last day of our stay. Not acceptable when you can’t slide the lower rack in and out when it’s filled with dishes. So in the mean time we needed to wash dishes by hand for seven. I will add that maintenance was very prompt to access the problem. The unit was pretty clean except for the balcony area. There was sand everywhere, even on the outdoor dining table along with crab shells. There were missing cushions on some of the outdoor furniture also. The grounds of the building were extremely clean and well kept. The pools were very clean and there was a sufficient amount of seating around the pool area. The location in proximity to restaurants and other entertainment was wonderful. Another great family vacation!!

Condo could be great but needs cleaning, maintenance, and updates

When we arrived the cleaners were cleaning and the condo was not ready. After waiting an hour and a half past check in time to check we were finally able to check in. The condo was not sufficiently clean and I had to clean the fridge and surfaces before we could move our things in. Taking even more of our vacation time. There were several maintenance issues. The AC was broken before we arrived and we were not told, someone arrived at 8pm to fix it. We did not know they were coming. There was an issue with the stove top turning on anytime anyone accidentally bumped it. The knobs on the front of the stove had no safety catch so they would just turn causing a severe burn and fire hazard. We had to turn off the breaker when we weren't using it. The back patio door lock was broken and upon reading reviews has been broken since 2022. The hall bathroom toilet would screech and then run every thirty or so minutes around the clock. I reported these issues and maintenance was supposed to come out but never did. I spoke to Luxury vacation rentals staff more than four times and emailed with them asking for compensation only to never get a direct answer and finally receive an offer for a discount in a future rental. Since I have no plans to return to the area I declined. Pans were cheap and can openers didn't work. Pillows in the bedrooms were flat and there were too few for all of the beds. Needs more towels. Needs a deep clean and maintenance. Great view, with work it could be amazing.

The bed rooms were comfortable with television in each, however not all remotes worked. The condo over looks the beach with a great view. The large wrap around balcony is great for entertaining outdoors. I would rent again if in the area.

Awesome condo

Was nicely surprised by this condo. Its huge with tons of room for a group of people. Condo is furnished with everything that might be needed. Very clean and awesome balcony overlooking the ocean. Loved it!
