Pleasant, clean stay, handy location! Recommended
We were happy with the location (within walking distance of most sights and close to public transport for those a little further away). Plenty of places to eat, snack or grab essentials near by. Apartment at the top of three sets of stairs which was fine for us but perhaps tricky for eldery or very young. Apartment was neat and tidy.The initial access was tricky due to lock being frozen (suggest they move the lock box to by the apartment door like apartments next door and use antifreeze box). Day 2 we had a power outage and we were moved to downstairs apartment for one night and then moved back (sadly my son lost his new airpods in this move around and they weren't found after inquiring). Frequent communication during this time which was good but almost got too much as we were there to holiday and be out and about not mess around with sets of keys, faulty lock boxes, repeat messages and ensuring handyman had access. Overall, too much communication is better than not enough.I would suggest that the couch not be advertised as a bed solution as it is not a pull out couch so my teen was a little cramped and perhaps have consumables available for showering as people travelling from overseas etc may not have this.We would recommend and/or stay again if in NYC.
