KITCHEN: The chef ’s eat-in kitchen is one of the most striking areas in the home. Intricately designed with an oversized Marble Island, bespoke cabinetry, and every top-of-the-line appliance you can think of, this is truly the heart of the home. The adjacent grilling deck is perfect for entertaining!

​ INTERIOR LIVING SPACE: With five bedrooms over 6,076 square feet, this home offers ample room for family and friends. There is a dual washer & dryer located in the laundry room on the main floor.

TELEVISIONS: The home has many smart televisions located throughout the home; the cable provider is 'Direct Tv'. Simply turn on the tv with the touch screen remote and find the Direct TV app and press on it to access the cable tv. You will be able to find any other app (such as - Netflix) by simply pressing the HOME button on the remote and clicking on which ever app you would like to use. Enjoy!

MASTER BEDROOM: Is truly an exquisite master retreat with abundant natural light and gorgeous lake views. When not captivated by the views, a television extends from the console at the end of the bed. The luxurious master ensuite boasts double sinks, a steam shower with dual heads and linear drain, an oversized soaker tub, separate make-up vanity, a water closet with automatic bidet, and white heated marble floors with intricate tile details.”

​ ADDITIONAL ROOMS: At the opposite end of the estate, you can find three additional bedrooms and two full baths with luxurious details. One is a large bunk room with built-in full size double bunks and a spacious closet that is ideal for guests or grandkids. It could even fit a family of four if needed due to the large size of the bunk beds. The walkout lower level has a separate entrance located on the bottom floor right below the main deck of the home. It has a kitchenette and a junior suite ideal for in-laws or extended guests. A rec room and home gym can also be found on this lower level. Downstairs does not have an A/C system due to it being the lower level against the mountain and staying naturally cooler than upstairs so please keep doors and windows closed during the hot parts of the day. If you decide to open up windows please wait until later in the evening when the cooler air tends to blow in. Close windows back up in the morning and draw window blinds to keep it nice and cool throughout the day.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: Every outdoor detail was carefully thought through and executed across the home’s varied landscape, punctuated by 1,700 square feet of covered decks, a summer kitchen, sunset bar, lakeside lawn, and lawn patio with a firepit. Over 1,600 feet of usable shoreline ranges from a soft water’s edge to deeper fishing holes for all types of enjoyment. A new covered single boat dock with water and power awaits your boat. (Please Note: No Offroad vehicles are allowed on the premises at anytime.)

WATER TOYS: You will find (2) - Stand up paddle boards and (2) - 2 person kayaks fastened to or near the boat dock for guests to enjoy during their stay. PLEASE NOTE: Please always refasten the kayaks and or stand-up paddle boards after each use so they don't get lost or damaged. Severally damaged or lost kayaks or paddle boards will be charged a fee to the credit card on file for full replacement or repair.
