Great Beach Vacay

Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with. I would stay here again.

The house was very comfortable for our group and we liked the proximity to the ocean. Great size, number of bathrooms and sleeping options. Parking was not a problem with the large driveway and the rooftop deck was fantastic. Nice master bathroom. We had some issues with the tvs, the garbage disposal, oven and ice maker, and the stairs are very steep so wouldn’t recommend for older guests. But property management was very responsive and helped resolve some of the problems. It was unfortunately very windy for 2 of the days and there was a loud banging sound coming from the roof that kept us up but without the wind, not an issue. Overall we had a great stay.

Condo 2 blocks from the ocean that needs some bug control.

We booked the house to celebrate a wedding. Unfortunately the groom passed away a couple months prior to the wedding. We tried to cancel the reservation since the wedding was off and there was NO LENIENCY on their cancellation policy. The family decided to have the celebration of life the same weekend that the wedding was originally scheduled so we ended up traveling and using the house anyway. We traveled from Kansas. The big issue we had was with little biting bugs that looked like fleas mainly in the living room area. We saw them the first night we arrived to the house and we had new red bites everyday. The house was a couple of blocks from the ocean and close to the harbor. All communication was handled via email through management company. The rooms were huge and beds comfortable. Fix the bug issue and it would be a great beach house option.
