The view was great. We were there 3 days without hot water. The placed smelled of mould. Carpets were filthy. Blinds in living room were on the floor. Patio doors were extremely difficult to open & close. Loose tiles on the patio. Kitchen ceiling lights were damaged. Laundry was intact but the room was so crowded that it was difficult to open the door. All of the walls were damaged. The apartment has potential but has not been maintained.
