Beautiful and serene 8th floor beachfront condo with large balcony, full kitchen, and all of the ammenities of home. Beachfront pool and jacuzzi areas (located on the 3rd floor) are definitely a plus! Easy access to the beach and awesome view of the bayside as well! Condo has close proximity to the elevator and enclosed parking garage, which include luggage carts

The condo is amazing very nice location and the balcony view oh my god. Perfect place for a small famaliy. The host is very nice and welcomeing she was just a message away if we needed anything. Defenitly do recomend this

We had a great time at this condo. Kari was a great host and has made the place cute and cozy. Easy access straight down to the beach. Amazing view all day and night from the 8th floor balcony. Plenty of extras and amenities to tide you over while using the kitchen and cooking. If you have not been to SPI, this condo is a good choice. Loved our stay! Thanks Kari.

Home sweet home away from home:This place is absolutely amazing. Kari, provides a wonderful experience. She provides extra amenities than most other places. The communication is fantastic. She reply’s almost immediately. The view! It’s like a picture worth a thousand words. If you do not stay here, you’re truly missing out on a trip of a life time. I plan to come back next year. Kari is amazing just like her place! Every detail makes it feel like home. The views from her property of the ocean are amazing! 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths were also a major benefit. The pool on site is nice too but we did not swim as we were just focused on relaxing. Tons of beach items if that is what you looking for, she likely has it!!! Her communication was the best I have ever experienced. We will definitely be returning!

The condo and view from the balcony is great! Very clean and nice furniture! Kari, the host is very friendly and welcoming. She left a lot of snacks and coffee. She had beach essential, and surfing boards. We are very grateful for nice weekend!

Everything in this condo was as advertised or better! It was clean, beautifully furnished, and right on the beach , which was incredibly clean! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with anything you might need. We had great views from the 8th floor balcony and a wonderful breeze, too.

Kari was an amazing host. Her condo was clean and absolutely beautiful. The location on the beach was perfect! The condo was decorated beautifully including with artwork that Kari created. Kari was an amazing host who was extremely responsive to any questions I had and took the time to add some small personal touches by having a small snack box and creamer and coffee for us. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend Kari’s condo to anyone who wants a beautiful condo in an absolutely perfect location.

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Kari provided beach supplies (ie. towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.) which was really helpful. Great rental for a family vacation.
