This beautiful 3 BR/2 BA bayside home keeps you coming back for more! It comes with an open floor plan with bay views, a cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen with seating at the bar, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom for relaxation, a private dock with a fish cleaning area and bench seating, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill to serve up the days catch. A public boat ramp is within walking distance along with two bayside restaurants and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium . Adventure awaits!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises. We offer a remote check-in option and provide you with the requirements to obtain the code to the lock box in the check-in message. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

There are many local beaches with public access in the area, and the home is within walking distance to two waterfront restaurants, the Rock Landing Marina, a public boat ramp and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium, and just a few minutes from Bald Point, Ochlockonee River and Wakulla Springs State Parks. Walking distance to Woolley Park playground and walking trail.

Fun Fishing

All of our grand children enjoyed fishing on the dock! The house had everything we needed to have a peaceful and pleasant vacation!! Location is excellent for us because we love St. George Island & Wakulla Springs. The nearby tiki hut was within walking distance. Will visit again!!

Amazing

The stay at the house was great. There are a few minor things that I will report but overall an awesome stay. 1. You will get more repeat great renters if you offer first. Option to rent on the same days the folling year. 2. The box light in the kitchen over the bar area where the chairs are is going out. Flickers for aboutc10 minutes before it comes on. 3. The dryer. It took 3 to 4 cycles of drying per load. Hubby says the vent is clogged that goes to outside.
